First time visiting this location. Very convenient considering it's inside the mall. Very friendly staff but they speak broken English. It's not a problem as there's a laminated card counter that you order from. I asked for a 30-minute massage at a cost of $35.00 covering two areas. The female massage therapist was awesome! Very deep tissue massage. Even a bit painful, but it hurts so good. She followed a pattern on my neck, back, arms, and scalp. Very thorough. I believe they have privacy booths in the back for those who want a full body massage. Please check with the front desk counter when you arrive for clarification. The atmosphere was very calming. The lights are dimmed to provide a soothing atmosphere along with very quiet light music playing. My massage took place right behind the counter area in a massage chair. I was expecting a booth but considering it's just a neck and shoulder and back massage, it didn't really bother me to be upfront or others could see as they walk the mall. I will be going back possibly once a month as I enjoyed it and felt it was definitely worth the price. In fact, I left a hefty tip as I felt the massage therapist did a wonderful job. read more

Called ahead for an appointment for 2 foot massages at 4pm, arrived 10 minutes early and the front desk lady said she didn't have a record of it. I looked at the book and could see my cell number with the 2 appointments at 4pm. We were taken back and put in a room, someone came in and started on my companion and I waited 20 minutes later they asked if someone was coming. At this point I didn't say anything because I didn't want to interrupt my partners massage. 45 minutes in someone came in arguing with the guy and said they would start my massage.... At this point I was not going to make my partner wait 45 minutes after. We get to the checkout and she tries to charge us $20 more than the price on the sign. When we disputed the total they had to get the manager from the back who quickly fixed it, but I quickly switched to paying cash because they seemed shady. We tipped the masseur in cash and left. I'm glad I found Pearl massage during my visit there. Came across this place in the mall area. Walked in for a quick foot massage, but it was so relaxing o ended it getting a 90 min full body massage. It was the greatest, all the fatigues are gone, both my cousin and I were very happy with it. I have been coming here for about 5 years off an on and most of the time I have had great experiences! Not today unfortunately an older man massaged me they usually have you undress which is normal but the way he placed the sheets left me fully exposed and while he was massaging my glutes/hip area he kept getting really close to my lady parts and kept doing it I was visibly uncomfortable and tried to fix the sheets he kept pulling them back down I have never had an experience like this and felt very helpless during the massage when paying I couldn't even make eye contact with the man because of how unprofessional he was I would like a refund for the massage I also wanted to make a report on the man but didn't get his name because I felt so degraded and scared I got out of there as soon as I could (best description of him) older Asian man with black between his teeth and darker hair! read more

OMG! I haven't felt this good in years! I had the best one hour massage I've ever had! And it was surprisingly inexpensive. I'm already planning my next visit. It's a little difficult to find if you don't know where it is. It's in Cottonwood Mall, front entrance between Hobby Lobby and JC Penny's. Take escalator down to first floor and it's on your left. I made an appointment here first & was given a price over the phone. When I got there she almost doubled the price originally quoted. She agreed to lower it a bit, but couldn't figure out how to accept a credit card. She then proceeded to tell at me to go to the bank and come back before I wasted my entire massage time. The massage was decent. BUT I will not go back or suggest this place. They have curtains, no doors. A man that works there pulled the curtain back and looked in as I was getting dressed. He was looking for the lady that had given me a massage but didn't knock or even ask if it was okay to enter. If a curtain is pulled closed, it's a no-brainer that you shouldn't pull it open without making sure someone isn't exposed. It's cheap but not worth the unprofessional environment. read more

So disappointed!! My husband and I went in for reflexology for our feet, one man took me to the back and told my husband someone would be out for him in a few minutes. After my 30 minute foot massage ( which had to have been the worst foot massage I've ever had- and I've had many), we walked to the front and my husband was still waiting to be taken back! Other employees had walked up front and completely ignored him the entire time. They did not apologize or anything. It was very unprofessional and the foot massage I received was very poor. Love this place, everyone here does a great job, been here many times. They have special 60mins/$50 Which is still a great price, given they have to wear their mask while work. Its exhausting and I know the feeling. I love to treat myself to massages at this place. It is very dimly lit and very conducive for relaxation. The music is nice and soft and the prices are amazing. I hate leaving bad reviews but I totally got ripped off by this place. The massages were great but after I paid (with cash), I asked for a receipt and the lady handed me a business card and said that was my receipt. When I looked online, I saw that the price I should've paid was about $60 less than what the lady charged me. I can't believe someone would do that. If that hadn't happened, I would have rated them 5 star because the massages were amazing but unfortunately, I could never go back to a place that does business like that and I will never refer anyone there. I hope that they can read this and realize that it is not okay to take advantage of people like that. read more

I had an hour massage and it was awesome, much more thorough than one I had at another nearby place. The price is also much cheaper than other places. I don't know the name of the masseuse. She massaged practically every part of my body, including my eyes, toes, and ears. It was so relaxing, if also some positions were challenging to me. But it all felt so good in the end. I recommend this place highly. I will be back for sure. read more
