Mary is very nice and knows how to cater to a man's style. She was very professional and would recommend her for your mani or pedi.

I really wanted to love this place, but am sad to not have had a better experience! I went today…read morefor my first bikini, full leg, & underarm wax. There are a few elements to review here. First, the girls working were all kind. My waxer maintained conversation throughout the entire waxing process to help distract from what I'd think would be a pretty painful & uncomfortable process for most people (I have a pretty high pain tolerance). My first negative was the fact that they never took the time to explain to me what in the world was going on and what I needed to do post-wax. Thankfully, I'm a researcher, so I had a good idea of what to expect walking into my appointment, but my waxer didn't explain a single aspect of the wax to me - just went ahead and started, despite clarifying it was my first wax. When I was leaving, they handed me a couple mini aftercare products and said bye. I wasn't bold enough to ask what they were because I felt very much like I was being rushed out, so again, I researched and determined a good course of action. I feel as though if you have someone who is coming for a first wax, you really need to be clear what is going on and especially what the aftercare process should look like, you don't want them to mess anything up! My second biggest complaint is the amount of bruising I have! Unfortunately I can't upload pictures of this because of the location (bikini wax), but it is pretty significant. Also based on research, I think this could be due to the technique used by my waxer that led to this not being the best experience (not making the skin taut, rewaxing the same area, etc.). Had I known these things in advance I would have spoken up, but here we are :( One suggestion I'd make to this place would be to also figure out a way to make the rooms slightly more private. They have the layout of the waxing rooms with the waxing tables/beds facing so that, if laying down, your legs/private area is facing towards the door. I mention this because, if the door opens for any reason, you would be completely exposed to the brows/lashes area of the salon. My waxer stepped out of the room and asked me to remove my underwear and lay on the table, but I wasn't comfortable doing that until she was back in the room with me, knowing that the door would swing open and I'd be exposed to who knows how many people! Probably worth considering switching the tables to another wall to protect the privacy of the clients!! However, one of the perks of this place was that they treated my service dog with so much kindness. They were very welcoming and had no issues whatsoever with her coming into the business. I'm always so thankful for places that are accommodating of ADA like this!!

She is very friendley and makes you feel at ease. I dont even notice that i am half dressed and being waxed. It does hurt. there is no way around it. BUT it is much better than shaving bumps and rashes. It hurts less each time and the growth slows down. I go about every 4 or 5 weeks depending on my schedule. After adding up what i spend on razors and the time time shaving and the recovery time from shaving rashes and bumps etc..... It is way worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she is very felxiable schedule wise and will work with you. I have had a spary tan as well. Loved the results. And recently tried the EYE LASHES!!! I am hooked. IT takes a while for the application but they look so natural and beautiful.. Thanks Stefanie for making me feel "so pretty!!!" After tons of research, I settled on Skin Renew and they have yet to disappoint my expectations. When I called I was greeted by a team member working at the second location, but she didn't hesitate to deliver outstanding service as she assisted me in scheduling my consultation at the flagship location. I received plenty of reminders of my upcoming visit, and the stars in the office, when I arrived, really shined. I was iffy about being seen by someone other than the owner, as most of the reviews applauded her professionalism, however, Laura delivered as well. The consultation was informative in a way that mattered- not in a "too much information to remember" kind of way. Following the visit, Laura had time to get started on my removal journey, and her patience as I nervously chattered and then requested a break, was outstanding. She offered a great package deal that helped make my service much more affordable, and overall, I give the entire experience a 10/10.

I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. I called a week prior to my appointment to express my concerns and actually had the opportunity to speak witht the owner. She assured me I'd be well taken care of and that they've turned people away that they didn't think they'd get results from. So that made me feel a lot better. Upon my arrival, there were clip boards with ceramic name plates so you knew which one was yours. I personally thought that was a cute touch. I was greeted immediately and was offered something to drink. They had waters, coffee, and sodas. I had several papers to fill out due to it being my first time. After completeing all my paper work, the owner came out and actually spoke to me and asked if I was who she talked to. She told me Jamie would be the the one to do my procedure, and again ensured me that I would be in good hands. Visually, this place is appealing to the eye. Their decor was amazing. They had a candle out with a sign saying which scent was being burnt. This place does all kind of things such as facials and massages. During my consultation, Jamie explained to me how the laser worked in great detail and had lots of visual aids. She also showed me before, during, and after photos of people that had gone through the tattoo removal process. She also included some of people of color. She legit answered every question I had and was very patient. Initially I did not plan to have it done that day and was only going for the consultation, but she made me feel very at ease about doing it. SO I DID IT!!! The laser part took literally less than 5 minutes. She also allowed me breaks whenever I asked for them or would break when she could see my body getting tight. Hope to leave another positive review after the process is completed.
