Mamma Mia's, you have my heart. I have never in my life been able to heat up pizza in the microwave and it be just as good as the first time I ate it. I order from Mamma Mia's multiple times a week not only because it's by my apartment, but because it's the best pizza shop I have ever tried. I love the owners, I love the staff. They make their food with love and at a great price, too. They have the BEST disco fries in the area. They also have the best marinara sauce, which I learned from ordering their delicious fried ravioli. I have tried so much from this place, but their pizza is really top notch. The amount of pizzas I've shared with my husband on movie night would shock you. There is never a day my husband and I argue about what is for dinner and end up both saying to each other, "Mamma Mia's?" We have no shame. If I want to be healthy, I go for their salads. If I want to bad, I go for their pizza. I've tried so many menu items from the cheese steak, garlic knots, jalapeño poppers, chicken parmigiana sandwich, grandmas pie, salads, bruschetta, and desserts. I have never had a single bad thing from this place and have never had any leftovers go past 1 day. I love this pizza shop. It deserves way higher reviews than it has. They also followed me back on Instagram without knowing how much of a fan I am. I respect that. As well as their menu deals and lunch specials. Fabulous and UNDERRATED. I've never heated up a chicken bacon ranch and have the ranch actually stay on it when I heat it up. So I ordered their food for my daughter's college graduation, the penny and vodka was delicious, the chicken Parm was good but a little dry, the eggplant Parm was good, the calamari was ok. They gave me a lot of food and I had more than enough, the garlic knots were very very good, and they also sent me toasted bread. We've been loyal customers of this establishment for quite some time & we're not even in town, they always deliver to us. Everything from the pizza to the chicken entrees & much more are always delicious & on point. Tonight we placed our large usual order & the weather was an icy, rainy wintry mix so we expected & didn't mind a delay in arrival. Tonight's incident was a 1st for us with them; they delivered the wrong order completely & the delivery driver had no explanation. We called back to let them know that our order was taken down correctly but the delivery was wrong. The Owner himself apologized over the phone & told us "Please keep whatever was delivered; I'm going to re-make your entire order & due to the inclement weather outside, I will come to deliver your order personally." At this point we were impressed by the Owner's kind gesture but we had been waiting quite a while. Well let my family & I tell you that the wait was worth it!! When the Owner arrived, he apologized profusely & explained he has "new staff in training & it was just one of those bad days where anything & everything could go wrong did." We are very understanding people & when we brought in our Order from the Owner, we immediately noticed something was different,.... We're assuming that to make up for the inconvenience & that fact that we're such loyal customers, he surprised us with an extremely generous amount of extra menu items! We were so surprised by the Owners' kindness, his honesty to his word & promise to come through personally & his incredible generosity that he's won our loyalty for the future,... This place used to be great. Consistently delicious food at reasonable prices. We ordered from there last night and it was inedible and a ripoff. A chicken tender meal for $9 contained one small petrified piece of chicken and soggy shoe string fries. Their potato and egg sandwich was the same soggy fries thrown into an egg! Don't even get me started on the disco fries. No dancing involved there I assure you. The pizza was also disgusting. Thick awful tasting sauce on a bland hard crust. I called about the chicken tender "meal" and they didn't care. Offered us a discount on a future order. Like I'd want more of this garbage? I wondered if it had changed hands and see from the reviews that it has. Mystery solved. Never again. Just yuck. If you want great pizza and all around great food, you can't go wrong with Ralph's. Can I give this horrible le place a negative star? -We first tried them when they reopened as Mamma Mia's and it was a disaster. My husband waited there 45 minutes after the time we were told was pickup time along with about 10 other people! They were so disorganized and slow, it was unbelievable. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were new. -Then on Valentines day we called way ahead and asked what kind of time frame they needed for 2 chicken dinners. They took my order 2 hours ahead so that we'd get our food at 5pm. I ordered chicken parm and chicken picata and asked that the pasta for the picata not come with red sauce (that would be a gross combo) and was told that it was no problem, that it WILL come with picata sauce. My husband went to pick it up and waited 35 minutes past pickup time!!! He brought the food home and when we unwrapped everything they put red sauce on my pasta! Not only that it had mushrooms, not capers??? (picata, doesn't have mushrooms, it has capers!) I called and they told me that they would send the correct pasta right over. 3 1/2 hours later they dropped it off. WOW!!! -Then today I decided to give them 1last try using the Too Good To Go app. Pickup time was 8:30-8:45 and we got there at 8:25 and they were locked up but inside cleaning. I knocked and they tried to just ignore me but eventually opened the door to say that they didn't have the food. THIS PLACE CAN NOT STAY IN BUSINESS! Excellent ! Sausage - jalapeno Pizza was really good. I wish they offered crumbled sausage too. Sliced sausage does not end up on every slice. The pizza itself though was tasty. Nice sauce. Crust wasn't blah like many places around town. Crust should have flavor. Not just be dough. Garlic powder, onion powder, butter and olive oil. That's what should be in pizza crust besides flour, salt and yeast. read more

We probably eat from here at least twice a week. We are in love with the grandma pie. So much that we will order it, and take to family out in Warren County. Do not order from here. Ordered at 6:10 PM was told within the hour. Was called at 7 PM and told they don't have an ingredient for two of the dishes so we substituted with another vegetable. Received another call at 7:30 to say they didn't have another ingredient for another dish. How an Italian place runs out of broccoli rabe and shrimp is beyond me but to wait an hour and a half to finally call and state they are out of something is ridiculous. If they called quicker it would of been no problem but to wait after the food was supposed to be delivered is ridiculous. read more

Placed an order at 5:27 didn't get my order until 6:50 items were missing from the order and the food was cold and tasteless. The Alfredo was just thickened milk with fettuccine the rice ball was half way decent but the dipping sauce was not Vodka sauce as advertised I got a marinara which also was lacking any seasoning and flavor tasted like a cheap jarred sauce. The chicken on the Cesar salad also bland. The only things that were flavorful were the croutons and I know those are store bought. I'm Sicilian and a former chef so I expect an Italian restaurant's food to taste Italian not whatever the hell I got here. Total waste of money and I'll never make this mistake again. Me and my boyfriend have been going here for over a month and they are everything you could ever want in a local pizzeria. Some of the kindest folks around and the slices are a SLAM DUNK! The sauce is spot freaking on and I love their pepperoni slice . You also have to try their margarita pie, literally makes me drool!
