Another thing I noticed on their website is that they charge $10 for a split plate. I'm assuming this means if you come as two people and decide to order one plate of food but split it, they charge for that. That seems really weird. People shouldn't be charged for splitting their food, if that's what that is. They also charge you a transaction fee for using a credit card. Next time I'm in Pittsburgh I'll be coming back. From what we directly observed, the seating process did not appear first-come, first-served. It appeared selective. Transparency matters, and so does basic courtesy when guests ask legitimate questions. Ten minutes after we finally left--after waiting over an hour--we were told our table was ready. By then, the issue was no longer the wait, but the clear lack of organization and professionalism. We will not be returning.
