This little establishment has great atmosphere and the owners and wait staff are genuine and sweet and kind must go there.

Honey Bee Bakery is a local, family-owned bakery that makes and sells cakes, cookies, pastries, and other desserts. My husband and I shopped here one time. The signs in the parking lot adorably said things like, "Donut Lovers Parking Only. Violators will be covered in sprinkles." Inside the store, an employee immediately greeted us, and she patiently waited while we decided what we wanted to buy. The store was small but had enough of a selection to entice us. I saw donuts, turnovers, puffs, brownies, scones, pepperoni rolls, bread loaves, cake pops, gobs, biscotti, several flavors of cookies, cupcakes, and more. The prices were by the half dozen, but we were allowed to choose only one of each item. We bought one ladylock (4 stars), one snickerdoodle cookie (4 stars), one chocolate-chip cookie (4 stars), one apricot cookie (4 stars), one buckeye (5 stars), and one cherry cream horn (4 stars). I was looking for a last minute cake for my mom's 70th birthday and found this bakery. I saw that it was a family owned business and decided to give it a try. Whenever I arrived there were people waiting in their cars for the place to open. I took that as a good sign. The bakery itself is small but cozy. It gives you that small town business feel. The ladies that were working were friendly and efficient. They were able to write a message on the cake for me which was great. The cake was very tasty and everyone enjoyed it. An amazing, locally owned bakery. Even later in the day, they have a surprising amount of baked goods available.

I ended up running into the Honey Bee Bakery while looking for a coffee, heading to Ringold High School to watch my daughter play in a high school soccer tournament. I ended up grabbing a coffee and a freshly made donut. Coffee was standard, but only 1.50, and was perfect for me. The donut (maple) was fresh and delicious. I go to this bakery regularly. It's a small place with a large selection. The peanut butter chocolate donuts are awesome. I can't say I've ever eaten something from here that wasn't great. First time potential customer, looked them up online for days and times, went there before a customer meeting to get some goodies for the meeting. To my surprise, they had a note on the door, closed until 1/31, it was 1/26 . This local bakery just opened a while ago. This is a small establishment but everything they make is awesome. Last weekend I was the first in line of tens to twenty people waiting to get in to get my order. Anyhow got the key lime pie . I about died when I bit I to it. It was incredible. I don't like key lime pie. The crust is to die for. Today I purchased strawberry margarita cupcakes, raspberry and Buckeyes, cinnamon rolls and some Buckeyes. read more
