If you go to Jersey Mike's, you'll see a good example of a company that has their employees be kind of the customer Another thing is they treat the rice and beans here like it's meat and they hardly give you any. Have your employees be a little nicer and give a normal portion of rice and beans as a base and I would've gave you five stars

Enter Fiesta Cancun where the vibes are fun, the staff is awesome (shoutout to my server Alex ), and the portions? HUGE. My meal rolled out looking like a foil-wrapped Italian beef , but surprise -- it was packed with tender meat + soft bread, and once I added my Mexican magic (jalapeños , lime , sour cream), it was fiesta-level flavor. Only thing I forgot? Cilantro (rookie move, it's my fave herb). Extra spice lovers they've got you! Alex hooked me up with a full sauce tray: Tapatío + red & green habanero = heaven. Oh, and apparently I missed the pineapple drinks served in actual pineapples with umbrellas (guess I have to come back with friends + family, right?). Atmosphere? . Food? Filling + delicious. Extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered a chicken bowl for takeout, and the initial…read morescoop of chicken I was given was noticeably tiny. I simply asked if I could have a little bit more. The employee added a very small amount -- nowhere near what anyone would reasonably consider a double portion. When I checked my receipt, I realized I had been charged for DOUBLE chicken. I did not ask for double chicken, I was never told I was being given a double portion, and I certainly did not receive one. If asking for a small amount more because the original portion is inadequate is automatically going to result in an additional charge, that needs to be communicated BEFORE adding it -- not quietly added to the bill afterward. Customers should be given the opportunity to say no before being charged for something they did not order. Charging me for double chicken when I neither requested nor received a double portion is absolutely preposterous. This felt misleading and left an incredibly bad impression. I expect much better transparency and customer service from Chipotle.
