Wet met Megan for a cute cake tasting before we decided on flavors which was so difficult to do. We went back a few times (she has different flavors weekly) before settling on three flavors and one for our mini cake. Megan made sure the cupcakes were ready for pick up on time and even created a beautiful foundation for our centerpieces. Our guests loved the golden oreo cupcakes so much we ran out at the end. It's the about the bread…read more.. Cardinali's is a 'no-frill' Italian bakery. Stop in the store, there's not much here ... just fresh carbs. I used to shop here weekly for my grandmother. I hated hiking the extra two blocks for bread -- did not appreciate or understand it at the time. Only after I moved from Kenosha, did I realize the addictive powers of an amazing fresh-sliced round loaf. Anyone that enjoys bread and/or needs to take a break from the store-bought trendy 2000-grain breads ... break off a piece of the round.
