We did a taste test between O&H pecan kringle versus Bendtsen's. They both had different qualities so there wasn't a clear winner. Bendtsen's is flakier and drier than O&H with larger pecans. O&H had more moisture, smaller pecan pieces and a sweeter frosting. Bendtsen's also serves more traditional flavors and doesn't make a Tipsy Elf like O&H which BTW is delicious. They are within a couple of miles of each other so next time you're in Racine it's worth trying them both.

No way to know what their secret ingredients are. My fault for not asking The in store menu did not indicate this had oat milk. I assumed it was just milk.
