I was able to get there off of la Cholla by turning into the Starbucks. There are a lot of offices and parking was crowded but available. I was checked in right away. The wait was under 15 minutes to be seen. Even though I was there for something specific, they checked my vision and did eye scan. Dr. Rosenlof was patient and explained the situation and options. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

They said I would have to have some type of exam so she could see if she could do it in office or out of office. I agreed. So I went in I once again told them when I checked in about the skin tags when I finally got into the office and she saw me which was still a while I told her again about the skin tags and why I wanted them very moved and twice while she was examining and the first part of the exam I told her I wanted the skin tax removed. She did a full you know eye exam test my vision everything was great then I thought she was going to come back and remove the tags and she comes back to dilate my eyes and the forms me that it's going to be three more tests we are an hour and a half in and she's not removing skin tags no referral and then walks out and tells me to go to sleep for a while and I tear that does not recline. My question wasn't received well when I added ... ah so you can bill the patient and or insurance for another visit. At the end of the day the UN"professional" intake and questions they ask of new patients is not sufficient for them to meet the customer expectations.
