My first meeting with them was very educational and they took a lot more time explaining my options with me than the other two doctors I had consulted with. They were very friendly and did not try to "sell" me on any kind of procedure. After choosing to go with them I scheduled my surgery and they did the rest! I cannot speak to eye exams at this location but if they are anywhere near the professionalism and customer service that Linda provides this place would be/is a hone run. I ordered a pair of prescription BMW sunglasses and Tag Heuer glasses. When I came back to get fitted I learned the Tag frames were the last of their kind and were broken at the factory. After it was explained, and before I could be disappointed, Linda gave me some new choices beyond what I would usually commit to. The pair I decided on was based on trust, as always, since I can never perfectly see what I look like (cannot wear contacts). Also, great news, they were less expensive and got a refund for the difference on the spot. After getting another call a week later I went back to El Dorado. The frames fit my face, add a fresh look and I could not be happier. Oh, the sunglasses got their tweaks and I love them as well. Received positive comments first day wearing them. Easy to get to their office, plenty of shaded parking, clean location inside and out (yes some of it is dated but still inviting), nice staff and once Linda is at your service you will get nostalgia for all those times you have been provided top notch customer care.
