The biggest reason I keep returning, though, is JAVI WEST behind the bar. He's friendly, attentive, and genuinely knows how to make guests feel welcome. Whether it's recommending a drink, remembering returning customers, or just keeping the energy upbeat, he always delivers excellent service. Why would I waste more of my time after my night was ruined to further "resolve" this non-issue? The pride flag out in front is clearly not representative of their all-inclusivity if they're accusing a Black woman of using a fake ID.

We sincerely appreciate him for stepping up and making an effort to improve our experience. What was most disappointing was seeing the manager/owner, Henry Guzman, sitting at the bar drinking beers instead of overseeing the restaurant and making sure customers were being taken care of. Leadership sets the standard for a business, and when management appears disengaged, it reflects in the quality of service. I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism. Tin Marin has potential, but the customer experience starts with attentive management and better service. Edgar deserves recognition for doing his best to turn a disappointing experience into a better one.

If you ask 10 people on Arthur Ave who makes the best Mozzarella around, and a good number of people are going to tell you it's Casa Della. It's delicious, creamy, flavorful...it's the kind of stuff that will have you standing in front of the establishment, Casa in hand (and mouth) without a care in the world, or whether or not people are staring at you while you scarf or down. The carrot cake was soft and the crunchiness of the walnuts complimented the texture well.
