Since then I have continuous numbness in my hands and severe pain when I breathe. I am a lab technician requiring accuracy vs. pain spasms. Had to see a Dr for xrays which showed a dislocated rib on my upper vertebrae. I am now in Physical Therapy and continuous pain. The massage itself: 15 minutes moving my hair around, 15 minutes knuckling under my neck, 30 minutes painfully grinding only big muscles on the outside of my arms and legs and talking the entire time. This was most unbalanced, uncompassionate and inattentive massage I have ever had. The steam room is in not even warm and a glass of wine does not justify ill trained therapists. Should not have scheduled nor generously tipped. Do not recommend.

I thought maybe it was due to the powder as I'd never had it before, but after hearing other experiences it's probably due to excessive filing They use 1 pot for everyone for the dip powders. As in, each color has a container, and they dip your finger into that pot and tap the excess back into the container. Over and over with each customer. I looked it up and it's very unsanitary and unsafe to do this because of risk of infections I left it at 3 stars because I was happy with my manicure at the time and it's lasting well. But I probably won't be back due to unsafe conditions. I'm also not a fan of how thick the dip powders are on my nails. My nails do not bend AT ALL. No flex. It feels very unnatural. But I'm not used to acrylics and I guess they're supposed to be similar

They comes off as though you are inconveniencing them by making an appointment. In addition to that they time your visit so you have to tell them upfront what you want on your nails and there is absolutely no room to make a change once you're there. They are very rigid and offer no flexibility. In addition to that if you cancel, they want your card so they could charge you whatever percentage it is that they charge you which is actually like a large portion of what they would charge you for the service which is absolutely ridiculous like you should be able to cancel without getting charged if you call in advance. The last time I went I had to cancel and I didn't get charged because they had an expired card on file. When I called back for another appt, I guess they had put a note in the system that I had canceled and they couldn't charge me, so they tried to update my credit card so that they could charge me if I canceled again. No thank you! As if there arent 1 million other nail salons to go to. The the only positives I could say is they do a pretty good job on pedicures compared to other salons and overall the nail techs are nice.

I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! Completely lazy and rushed. I had to have a friend go through and fix it yesterday and she kept finding all these mistakes all over my head. I can't believe the stylist here sent me out of the salon like that. I couldn't even ask for a discount on the service because the manager left 2 hours before my hair was done and I was all alone with 2 stylists that clearly just graduated from beauty school and were just winging it. I had no idea this was going to happen and I was told I was in good hands only to be overcharged for a terrible job that was worth $50. The friend that fixed my hair after this salon is a teacher at a beauty school and she was appalled at the way they did the work. Do not go to this salon, they do not know what they are doing and will overcharge you. I've paid $300 for a full foil, a Brazilian blowout, and a haircut from a much higher end salon so the price here was definitely not worth it for a FULL FOIL that ended up not being a full foil. It feels like the stylist here only put 10 foils in my head. All the pictures I'm posting are the mistakes my friend found throughout the hair (there were more but she got tired of taking pictures of all the mistakes because there were so many), to the result of what it's supposed to look like once my friend was done. I'm also adding a picture of my hair a year ago when it was done to how my hair looked three weeks after getting it done here.
