Overall, the salon looked and felt really luxe, but the outcome of my nails is mediocre and I now have to fix them at home because I'm disappointed. I was originally told $98, then after I questioned the price, it was lowered to $70. I did not receive gel polish, a design, or any extra service that would justify that price. For a basic pedicure that felt like it took about 10 minutes, $70 still felt unreasonable. What made it worse is that the finished result did not look professional. There was still dry skin and buildup around my toes and nails, the polish/application looked messy, and my feet did not look or feel like I had just received a proper pedicure. I left feeling taken advantage of, unsatisfied, and like I now have to pay another salon to fix what should have been done properly the first time. For the price being charged, the service should be much more thorough, professional, and worth the customer's money. I would not return or recommend this salon based on my experience.
