Since then I have continuous numbness in my hands and severe pain when I breathe. I am a lab technician requiring accuracy vs. pain spasms. Had to see a Dr for xrays which showed a dislocated rib on my upper vertebrae. I am now in Physical Therapy and continuous pain. The massage itself: 15 minutes moving my hair around, 15 minutes knuckling under my neck, 30 minutes painfully grinding only big muscles on the outside of my arms and legs and talking the entire time. This was most unbalanced, uncompassionate and inattentive massage I have ever had. The steam room is in not even warm and a glass of wine does not justify ill trained therapists. Should not have scheduled nor generously tipped. Do not recommend.

Cons: My nails were sore for a few days after. I thought maybe it was due to the powder as I'd never had it before, but after hearing other experiences it's probably due to excessive filing They use 1 pot for everyone for the dip powders. As in, each color has a container, and they dip your finger into that pot and tap the excess back into the container. Over and over with each customer. I looked it up and it's very unsanitary and unsafe to do this because of risk of infections I left it at 3 stars because I was happy with my manicure at the time and it's lasting well. But I probably won't be back due to unsafe conditions. I'm also not a fan of how thick the dip powders are on my nails. My nails do not bend AT ALL. No flex. It feels very unnatural. But I'm not used to acrylics and I guess they're supposed to be similar

They comes off as though you are inconveniencing them by making an appointment. In addition to that they time your visit so you have to tell them upfront what you want on your nails and there is absolutely no room to make a change once you're there. In addition to that if you cancel, they want your card so they could charge you whatever percentage it is that they charge you which is actually like a large portion of what they would charge you for the service which is absolutely ridiculous like you should be able to cancel without getting charged if you call in advance. The last time I went I had to cancel and I didn't get charged because they had an expired card on file. When I called back for another appt, I guess they had put a note in the system that I had canceled and they couldn't charge me, so they tried to update my credit card so that they could charge me if I canceled again. No thank you! As if there arent 1 million other nail salons to go to. The the only positives I could say is they do a pretty good job on pedicures compared to other salons and overall the nail techs are nice.

Less than 24 hours later, my gel manicure is already lifting and peeling. I called the salon and explained that I live an hour away and asked if they could provide a partial refund so I could have my nails fixed closer to home. I even asked if they would be willing to speak with a nail salon near me to cover the repair. They refused both requests and instead offered me a discount the next time I come in. A discount on a future visit doesn't fix the fact that I now have to pay another salon to repair a manicure that didn't even last one day. When you're charging over $200 for services, customers should expect quality work and reasonable customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.
