Today was my first visit to this nail salon. I normally would go to L&B nails just down the road. After multiple awful visits, I decided to check Annie's out. I walked in asking for a fill but unfortunately had to have every nail taken off, due to L&B's hack job. The end result? She did such an amazing job. She shaped them perfectly and did a wonderful paint job. Not a single mistake made here. To make the visit even better, she only charged me for a fill!

My friends and I came here to get our nails done for prom. We are beyond happy with the results! It was quick, cheap, and all the workers are extremely friendly! We will definitely be going back

those are my nails that i wanted done and she did them perfectly.

Love Annie's. Up to date on latest nail trends. Clean. I've never had an issue in the many years I've been going there.

I've been coming to get my nails done at LB since I was a freshman in high school. A total of seven…read moreyears. I was always satisfied with how my nails came out, the service was usually always fast and friendly. Recently however, it seems LB changed ownership. Unfortunately, the new crew is somewhat of a disappointment. This past valentines day I treated myself to a fill and pedi. The pedi was first, it was relaxing but nothing to remember. My feet only soaked a total of a minute before he went on with his job of filing and cutting away. The massage was lacking and to top it off he cut one of my toe cuticles back way to far, I was bleeding. After my pedi was finished he started on my fill. I came with a design in mind, like I normally do. The nail technician, (and I use that term loosely) asked me what I wanted done. I showed him a picture I had saved on my phone and he immediately responded by saying "you know what how bout you let me do something". I asked him to tell me his idea because there was always a chance I could like it and want to use it. He decided not to tell me but to just do it. The design was completely off from what I originally showed him prior. The colors different, the design poorly done, and he refused to round my nails for a more natural look. I was so unhappy I could have cried. He ruined my day. To top off this horrible experience he swiped my card with out telling me my total. I signed their copy totaling $50. This made no sense given the prices are displayed. The real total should have been $40. I complained and he told me I was charged $5 for each design. Two designs = $10. I didn't want the design. I didn't ask for the design. But I got charged for the design. I left with out tipping and I will never be back. Please, trust me when I say this. Do not go here and if you do, don't have Lee do them.

The gel lasts much longer than a normal polish, or it's supposed to at least. Every single time I have gotten a gel manicure here it chips just as fast as a normal manicure but costs almost 3 times the price. I've tried multiple times but always have the same result. Also work is usually rushed and polish is poorly done to begin with. Don't think I'll be returning after enough bad experiences, at least not for a gel again.

For example: I had an appointment at 2PM and didn't get seated to a booth till around 2:50. That's the only con. They aren't time efficient. Other than that I had Natalie as my nail stylist and she was very sweet. I liked the results. I got a acrylic fill that was $45 which is a normal price if not normally lower than a lot of other nail places l've been to. For the gel, it was +$10 so I paid $55. The environment is very calm and very spacious as well as very clean and new! I will come here again! Thank you.

They charged me full price to remove the gel manicure and the manicure for my natural nails have the color with tiny bubbles underneath. I pointed this out and the tech abruptly just put another top coat on. It didn't resolve the problem. I went home, ate dinner, watched tv and was getting ready for bed when I noticed one of my natural nails had broken from the side. In another the polish was chipping off from the side to about a third of the nail. Also, a few other nails the polish was chipping off the tips. The picture is of my non- dominant hand! I washed my hands before dinner and that was the only time my hands were in water. I wasn't doing anything but watching TV. So disappointed because the place was very nice inside and had a nice system for scheduling and checking in. They accepted credit cards with a slight up charge.
