The negatives: it isn't clear that they sterilize or really clean the sharp instruments (clippers, cuticle cleaners), didn't soak my hands in water so that it was painful when he pushed down the cuticles and some when cutting them. I needed it before an event so the nails look ok. But wouldn't rush back there

I have to say that I was pleasantly delighted by both the staff and the salon. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let it fool you! It's very cute, modern and clean(very sanitary). The staff was super personable and and very accommodating. They had a great selection of color choices and offer gel, dipping powders and laquers. The only issue I could see is that the staff is currently very small and walking in without an appointment could be a challenge. Highly recommend!!!

I have been very pleased with both of my pedicures. Very relaxing with massage chairs and six (that is what he claimed his name was) did a great job. Years ago I used to go there for acrylic nails and eye brow waxing - always very much liked the way they did it then. I didn't recognize any of the old staff there - but the new people seem to also do nice work (looking at results and hearing customers rave about the nails after). I highly recommend.. Gave it a 4 because It was very good - not incredibly awesome LOL...

I've been to this salon twice only. The first time, I got a basic French tip acrylic set, and it…read morewas great--nice vibe, and it lasted well. The second time, for my fill, I showed Kelly a long pink-to-white ombre design and asked for extra length. The length didn't happen, and I didn't say anything because I truly do not know the process and thought she was going to. The ombré didn't happen either, she did two or three coats of a light pink to give an illusion of an ombré? Because I guess the tips being thinner lets light pass and makes the tips look kinda like a pink to white ombré? I also told her clearly that I wanted the letter E on my ring fingers--regardless of there being no E in the photo. She still misunderstood, thinking the little light reflecting dots in the photo was somehow the design that I wanted. She did the dots to a total of 4 fingers and each of those times I specified I wanted an E and not what she was doing. She either didn't hear me each time somehow or does not know English that well. I was sitting in confusion and so was she apparently. So after that, I went home defeated because I didn't know how to be any clearer, told my mom, and we returned with a photo of a letter E from Pinterest. When I came back Kelly asked for the original photo again and pointed at the literal light reflection and said that I "should have told her" because that's what she thought I wanted. I apologized for not directly showing a photo of a letter E, but that I definitely DID tell her multiple times that there was no E in the photo, but that's what I would like. (Initial on a nail for significant others has been trending for many months so I didn't think to prepare a photo) She fixed it and I got my E, but was still unsatisfied because I spent 50 on a set I'm not that satisfied with, when I could've spent 15-25 bucks more and got the length and ombré I wanted aswell as the E. Despite the miscommunication, it is a cute salon and not as stressful as maybe diva nails or any place bigger.

Find this place extremely frustrating. Every time I make an appointment I sit and wait. I given…read morethem chances, but I'm done. The last time I was there I waited 45 minutes. Today I waited 25 minutes. If they're behind when a customer walks in, they should acknowledge that they're behind and let the customer know that they're running 20 minutes behind 30 minutes behind whatever it is but they don't. Instead, you sit there and wait and wait. If you ask, they say only a couple more minutes. This business is mismanaged unfortunately there's not many places in the area to go to, but it's worth driving a few extra minutes to go someplace else rather than wasting my time sitting around waiting. If you plan to go here plan to spend at least an extra 30 minutes to an hour, no matter what time of day
