Horrible service from Cindy or Chole didn't get her name because she was more interested in letting me know her fee. $30 for soak off and $56 for a full set! Mind you I was 7 minutes late and she didn't want to take me and I called and she was upset! I had made the appointment with Lana whom I explained in detail what I had and what I wanted and expected. Yet I got a very rude unprofessional nail tech who came back after having me wait for 10 minutes while she spoke with "Lana" to see why I wasn't told fees ahead of time. She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. I am in town on business and decided to get a pedicure. Based on the yelp reviews I chose La a's Salon. I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in quickly. My technician was Chloe and she was super friendly and did a great job with my pedicure! The salon was very pretty and clean! If I come back to the area again I will be sure to stop back by for another pedicure! read more

This is a great salon! I went to have my ombré blended and an acrylic fill and she understood the vision for my hair perfectly. Cindy was my stylist and she was very sweet and attentive, starting on my nails while my color was processing so I wasn't sitting there all day. If/when I go back for my nails I will probably have them start from scratch as they do a different (better) technique than the traditional acrylics and it doesn't blend seamlessly with the old. read more

I discovered this salon on Yelp ..I called and got an appointment right away. easy for me to find. As soon as I entered the Salon I knew it was going to be a great appointment. Josh greeted me at the door, took my coat. Introduced me to Alyssa who did my pedicure. While back there, Lana came in and also introduced herself. The pedicure was FANTASTIC then on to Josh who took his time with the poor excuses for nails that I have.. all and all on all points I give them all 5 stars. read more
