Recently I asked that they freeze my account n not to b billed for September, I made this request in August. My account was not frozen n the month was deducted from my account. I've called twice about the issue n am being told for the 2nd time that I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to even review my account. Recently ive had a death in the family and by NOT doing what I asked it is incredibly upsetting. The NEVER forget to take the money out of your account but its taking FOREVER TO PUT IT BACK. The situation has me thinking of canceling all together. Someone should b able to handle this request ASAP.

She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. Then I walked in a couple of other places and they were booked up or short-handed so no haircut. Frustrated. At my last three attempts I asked for a recommendation and they sent me over to the new Malcolm's location in Dunmore. I was pleasantly gratified to receive friendly attention and a resolution to all my hair needs. I will be going back again.
