My hair came out beautiful! I asked the stylist what she thought was best and told her what I wouldn't want at the same time, then she gave a great suggestion and everything looked perfect! My boyfriend said he really enjoyed his facial and massage, but he was a little oily. Overall, it was a nice experience and I cannot wait to go to the spa again!

Then about a month and a half before my wedding I was informed that airbrush makeup was no longer available. But they promised someone would do my makeup just as good as airbrush. Not the case I did my trial makeup for my wedding and I looked terrible. It was such a joke. I prefer not to look like a clown on my wedding day. Also from the beginning it was a nightmare with the contract with them losing paperwork I turned in and then yelling at me and saying that I never sent it in. The most unprofessional business I have ever seen.

Walking in I felt as if I had been a client for years, altho my first visit was only my first at Cheryl's. Amy had cut my hair before, and I had followed her to this establishment. I was greeted by the owner and made to feel at home. I was given a tour of the establishment and was quite impressed. They do give massages, also, as well as manicures/pedicures, and the feeling is spacious, light and airy. Their goal is to make their clients happy, and I'm more than glad to recommend Cheryl's. I'm delighted with the service and my haircut!

They were all so professional and skilled. Our feet and hands have never looked (or felt!) so good! And the facials! Wow! Not only does our skin look amazing, but they were so relaxing I never wanted to leave! And the cost? So reasonable. I did a lot of comparing before booking and even then I was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Completely lazy and rushed. I had to have a friend go through and fix it yesterday and she kept finding all these mistakes all over my head. I can't believe the stylist here sent me out of the salon like that. I couldn't even ask for a discount on the service because the manager left 2 hours before my hair was done and I was all alone with 2 stylists that clearly just graduated from beauty school and were just winging it. I had no idea this was going to happen and I was told I was in good hands only to be overcharged for a terrible job that was worth $50. The friend that fixed my hair after this salon is a teacher at a beauty school and she was appalled at the way they did the work. Do not go to this salon, they do not know what they are doing and will overcharge you. I've paid $300 for a full foil, a Brazilian blowout, and a haircut from a much higher end salon so the price here was definitely not worth it for a FULL FOIL that ended up not being a full foil. It feels like the stylist here only put 10 foils in my head. All the pictures I'm posting are the mistakes my friend found throughout the hair (there were more but she got tired of taking pictures of all the mistakes because there were so many), to the result of what it's supposed to look like once my friend was done. I'm also adding a picture of my hair a year ago when it was done to how my hair looked three weeks after getting it done here.
