Kellysue is the only hairdresser I would ever trust to cut & color my hair properly. Every time I have ever gone in she has always had a different idea as to how we should color or cut it, which none of my previous hairdressers have done before! I unfortunately just moved out of the area but will absolutely return to see Kellysue & the rest of the ladies at Salon You for a cut & color!

My bottom layer is shorter than anything else, I showed her the photo reference which was just a trim and long layers my hair was down to my ass but it doesn't even reach my bra. Horrible service from Cindy or Chole didn't get her name because she was more interested in letting…read moreme know her fee. $30 for soak off and $56 for a full set! Mind you I was 7 minutes late and she didn't want to take me and I called and she was upset! I had made the appointment with Lana whom I explained in detail what I had and what I wanted and expected. Yet I got a very rude unprofessional nail tech who came back after having me wait for 10 minutes while she spoke with "Lana" to see why I wasn't told fees ahead of time. She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. Nowhere to get nails done on short notice!
