It's a fair expectation that you want to look "better" when you come out of a salon than when you…read morewent in. Even upon reading some of the negative reviews that the stylist did a good job but not what the client wanted, I made an appointment based on some photos on their site. However: The only positive point is the stylists are friendly. But to pay $200 for a friendly stylist who does not do what you discussed together beforehand is a complete waste of money and time to say the least. And if covid precautions are of any concern I would not go here: the stations are too close together and crowded with stylists and clients, and there was no wiping down the chairs or surfaces in between clients --- only a temperature check upon arrival. But all that aside: Honest communication is key to any good relationship. What could be more clear than a photo of what is desired? The stylist led me to believe she could accomplish this yet I got something completely different (horrible color) and not the requested cut. When I expressed my displeasure and again showed her the photo of what we were suppose to accomplish, she made an attempt to correct it but the result was still not what was requested. Her response was we would try something different "next time." Again, the stylist was nice but to add insult to injury and be charged $200, and possibly have to pay more money to go elsewhere for a color correction (who wants to feel even more crummy during covid?) well you can be sure I will not be back nor will I recommend this salon to anyone else unless they want to be overcharged to be terribly disappointed. Thank goodness I didn't have a special event to attend.

I get there and it's taking forever bro get my hair cut like forever she telling me about everything and I'm like ok I know I have curly hair my whole life -- I asked her opinion on something but it was not like an easy conversation- this is what she does and she does recommend olaplex 3 only thing to help my hair - at this point I'm like no I used olaplex twice It made my hair soft and got rid of my curls ! She's like well it's ONLY A $19 charge ( she's doesn't get it at all- like I said no didn't work for me) wtf ?? and as she's talking about this I'm telling her my budget and she's telling me that it's a $99 haircut for curly hair the first time and I'm like OK no one told me that and she's like it's on my website well her website separate from the locations website which makes it really confusing so if you're going to see Julia for the first time and you're doing a hair consultation for curly hair be aware that the prices on her website are very different from what the lady quoted me on the phone so basically I paid $157 for four small highlights that didn't turn out the way I wanted a tiny trim and some color coverage on my roots it took 3 plus hours - and lots lots of talking and not listening to my needs or concerns - umm not saying Julia didn't do her best in just saying beaware of 99! Just for deva cut and consult - and of course express your budget ahead of time and exactly what you want - if you don't get it then? The worst part was like when she cut it I wanted the longer layer trimmed a bit more she said she do it's later and then she argued w me about it not being dry enough to cut it - once I was done ! Haha this was awful - I won't go back not my type of stylist but maybe she will work for you??

Then about a month and a half before my wedding I was informed that airbrush makeup was no longer available. But they promised someone would do my makeup just as good as airbrush. Not the case I did my trial makeup for my wedding and I looked terrible. It was such a joke. I prefer not to look like a clown on my wedding day. Also from the beginning it was a nightmare with the contract with them losing paperwork I turned in and then yelling at me and saying that I never sent it in. The most unprofessional business I have ever seen.

There were only two stylists scheduled for 6 girls. The owner was rude when she came in. The only impressive stylist was Jordan. I would never go back there and I would never recommend a bride to go there. Brides are supposed to feel special and I felt like a hideous poofball.
