Completely lazy and rushed. I had to have a friend go through and fix it yesterday and she kept finding all these mistakes all over my head. I can't believe the stylist here sent me out of the salon like that. I couldn't even ask for a discount on the service because the manager left 2 hours before my hair was done and I was all alone with 2 stylists that clearly just graduated from beauty school and were just winging it. I had no idea this was going to happen and I was told I was in good hands only to be overcharged for a terrible job that was worth $50. The friend that fixed my hair after this salon is a teacher at a beauty school and she was appalled at the way they did the work. Do not go to this salon, they do not know what they are doing and will overcharge you. I've paid $300 for a full foil, a Brazilian blowout, and a haircut from a much higher end salon so the price here was definitely not worth it for a FULL FOIL that ended up not being a full foil. It feels like the stylist here only put 10 foils in my head. All the pictures I'm posting are the mistakes my friend found throughout the hair (there were more but she got tired of taking pictures of all the mistakes because there were so many), to the result of what it's supposed to look like once my friend was done. I'm also adding a picture of my hair a year ago when it was done to how my hair looked three weeks after getting it done here.

I felt super confident in entrusting her with my long-overdue layered trim and a balayage refresher. Not only was she willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the color (as I hadn't colored it in ages), but offered suggestions on what she thinks would look best for my hair type. For instance, I had a couple photos on Instagram saved of the types of balayage I wanted, but most were too dark at the root or way too platinum blonde at the tips. At her suggestion, I opted instead for a nice, subtle, warm blonde balayage to complement my already dirty blonde/ash blonde base. It came out perfect and the lighter shade blends seamlessly with my root, for a nice, even flow that will be super low maintenance when it grows out (a must for me). Plus, the products she used made the locks nice and soft, and my fresh long layers give my hair a nice bounce it desperately needed. Would definitely return and I highly recommend!

Yet I got a very rude unprofessional nail tech who came back after having me wait for 10 minutes while she spoke with "Lana" to see why I wasn't told fees ahead of time. She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! I'm torn how to rate my experience…read more Pros: I had Michelle. She was nice. My nails didn't have any bubbles and about 2-ish weeks later, no lifting or problems. Nice atmosphere. Cons: My nails were sore for a few days after. I thought maybe it was due to the powder as I'd never had it before, but after hearing other experiences it's probably due to excessive filing They use 1 pot for everyone for the dip powders. As in, each color has a container, and they dip your finger into that pot and tap the excess back into the container. Over and over with each customer. I looked it up and it's very unsanitary and unsafe to do this because of risk of infections I left it at 3 stars because I was happy with my manicure at the time and it's lasting well. But I probably won't be back due to unsafe conditions. I'm also not a fan of how thick the dip powders are on my nails. My nails do not bend AT ALL. No flex. It feels very unnatural. But I'm not used to acrylics and I guess they're supposed to be similar
