First of all if I could have given zero stars I would have. Once I arrived at the salon I was greeted and taken back. I showed the stylist MY hair from 6 months ago that I had done at a salon in New Jersey. (I've included the picture I provided the stylist and the outcome) The stylist started and I had a feeling she didn't understand my hair or that it pulled warm tones even after I mentioned it 10 times! Cut to 2.5 hours later my balayage is now a weird grey at the tips, completely ORANGE in the middle and black at the top! Absolutely NOTHING like the photo I showed them! I was obviously unhappy and had no time for her to redo it since I'd been there for almost 3 hours already! The kicker was the owner came out and gave me a lecture about how it was impossible to get my hair that light in a single process! Which is a loaf of bullshit! The other salon did my hair in a single process and it looked spectacular unless this place who obviously needs to send their stylist to NY or some other place for some more training! Not only did I get a lecture they told me to come back NEXT week and they wouldn't charge me full price to fix it. These people are out of their minds! I wouldn't go back if they paid me!
