She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. Nowhere to get nails done on short notice!

For example: I had an appointment at 2PM and didn't get seated to a booth till around 2:50. That's the only con. They aren't time efficient. I got a acrylic fill that was $45 which is a normal price if not normally lower than a lot of other nail places l've been to. For the gel, it was +$10 so I paid $55. I had a gel manicure that lasted only a week before the tips started peeling with my natural nail…read moreexposed. I was away so it was 2 weeks before I could return. They charged me full price to remove the gel manicure and the manicure for my natural nails have the color with tiny bubbles underneath. I pointed this out and the tech abruptly just put another top coat on. It didn't resolve the problem. I went home, ate dinner, watched tv and was getting ready for bed when I noticed one of my natural nails had broken from the side. In another the polish was chipping off from the side to about a third of the nail. Also, a few other nails the polish was chipping off the tips. The picture is of my non- dominant hand! I washed my hands before dinner and that was the only time my hands were in water. I wasn't doing anything but watching TV. So disappointed because the place was very nice inside and had a nice system for scheduling and checking in. They accepted credit cards with a slight up charge.
