Mind you I was 7 minutes late and she didn't want to take me and I called and she was upset! I had made the appointment with Lana whom I explained in detail what I had and what I wanted and expected. Yet I got a very rude unprofessional nail tech who came back after having me wait for 10 minutes while she spoke with "Lana" to see why I wasn't told fees ahead of time. She than continued to huff and puff and kept saying... You know I don't want there to be any surprises.. With the cost! I was taken back by the soak off fee of $30, she said it would take her 30 minutes to get off a $1 a minute! Said it was going to take past closing. Mind you I asked for 5:30 pm appointment and owner said 6pm would be best. At this point I already had told her to go ahead and start. She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! She thought I couldn't pay for her services and instead of asking for deposit or I don't know maybe doing the work! She chose to make me feel belittled and offended! Ruined my birthday day weekend. Nowhere to get nails done on short notice!

For example: I had an appointment at 2PM and didn't get seated to a booth till around 2:50. That's the only con. They aren't time efficient. Other than that I had Natalie as my nail stylist and she was very sweet. I liked the results. I got a acrylic fill that was $45 which is a normal price if not normally lower than a lot of other nail places l've been to. For the gel, it was +$10 so I paid $55. The environment is very calm and very spacious as well as very clean and new! I will come here again! Thank you.

First of all if I could have given zero stars I would have. I called made an appointment…read morespecifically asking for someone who is a color specialist because my hair tends to pull warm and I don't like reds in my hair at all. Once I arrived at the salon I was greeted and taken back. I showed the stylist MY hair from 6 months ago that I had done at a salon in New Jersey. (I've included the picture I provided the stylist and the outcome) The stylist started and I had a feeling she didn't understand my hair or that it pulled warm tones even after I mentioned it 10 times! Cut to 2.5 hours later my balayage is now a weird grey at the tips, completely ORANGE in the middle and black at the top! Absolutely NOTHING like the photo I showed them! I was obviously unhappy and had no time for her to redo it since I'd been there for almost 3 hours already! The kicker was the owner came out and gave me a lecture about how it was impossible to get my hair that light in a single process! Which is a loaf of bullshit! The other salon did my hair in a single process and it looked spectacular unless this place who obviously needs to send their stylist to NY or some other place for some more training! Not only did I get a lecture they told me to come back NEXT week and they wouldn't charge me full price to fix it. These people are out of their minds! I wouldn't go back if they paid me! You can see for yourself with the picture that I attached!
