I asked for a more complex design but told her if she couldn't do it that was fine. She then began trying to change too many elements so I asked if I could just do all French. She said of course no problem. However not a single one of them has a clean line. It's extremely noticeable because I chose a dark color. On top of that, I asked several times for her to straighten the edges of my nails with the file, as I like a really sharp square. She kept rounding out the corners and got frustrated I wasn't happy. Overall, the salon looked and felt really luxe, but the outcome of my nails is mediocre and I now have to fix them at home because I'm disappointed. I still tipped her for her time, but not for the quality. Won't be returning.

She kept on huffing and puffing I told her hey I'm her to relax I don't like your bad energy and I don't wanted to waste me time... She then said "you're are wasting my time"!!! At that point I got up and left and she was still talking then she started yelling at me!! . I would have paid double the amount if she wasn't a rude racist unprofessional child! Then as she was cutting my hair my neck and eat kept getting jabbed by the comb. I get completely rushed !
