My first manicure from a female employee was great. My second manicure from a male employee is…read morepictured. Gel polish on skin, dry cuticles, bumps on every nail. He claimed the second coat of polish would cover the bumps I brought to his attention. I broke one nail so short it needed a fake tip to match the length of the others, see pictures. I went back a few days later to have them fixed...this shade was slightly different than the original & the bumps appeared before I even left the place. I showed him the bumps and a hole in the polish I didn't notice until after the top coat was cured. He put another coat of color over the topcoat & tried to convince me this would fix the appearance of bumps. He blamed everything from the bottle of polish (if the bottle is the problem it should be thrown out, it was not) to the cotton balls & even the fake nail. He could not explain what caused the bumps when I asked him directly. He removed the polish & the female employee who did my nails previously took over- no issues. This level of unprofessionalism is so disappointing. His work is sloppy & I will never go back

For example: I had an appointment at 2PM and didn't get seated to a booth till around 2:50. That's the only con. They aren't time efficient. Other than that I had Natalie as my nail stylist and she was very sweet. I liked the results. I got a acrylic fill that was $45 which is a normal price if not normally lower than a lot of other nail places l've been to. For the gel, it was +$10 so I paid $55. The environment is very calm and very spacious as well as very clean and new! I will come here again! Thank you.

They charged me full price to remove the gel manicure and the manicure for my natural nails have the color with tiny bubbles underneath. I pointed this out and the tech abruptly just put another top coat on. It didn't resolve the problem. I went home, ate dinner, watched tv and was getting ready for bed when I noticed one of my natural nails had broken from the side. In another the polish was chipping off from the side to about a third of the nail. Also, a few other nails the polish was chipping off the tips. The picture is of my non- dominant hand! I washed my hands before dinner and that was the only time my hands were in water. I wasn't doing anything but watching TV. So disappointed because the place was very nice inside and had a nice system for scheduling and checking in. They accepted credit cards with a slight up charge.

Worst place to get gel nail removal- which is a pretty common, basic service to get at place…read moreclaiming to be a nail salon. They filed the nail down so much that they broke through my nail and hit the skin underneath and made me bleed! YES-it was painful! Worst part- the woman tried to keep going- filing the same nail! Not only did they not apologize- they didn't even stop to make sure I was okay or atleast take a moment let me wipe the blood away. The women pretended to not see it and hope I didn't realize! I had to specifically ask for a tissue and band aid and then when I complained on how ridiculous of a job it was- another lady came over, put some glue on top and said "it'll be fine tomorrow, it's not too bad!" WHAT?! I'm sorry I wasn't aware that drawing blood while doing your customers nails was such a normal experience here when I stepped into the salon or I would have run the other way!
