It's not initially visible so it was a pleasant surprise to come across For those in the Scranton area who love their beauty products and the ambience of the chain, you won't be disappointed. The store, although smaller than it's main locations, offers a large variety of products commensurate to the bigger stores. The service is AMAZING; the girls are all beautiful, pleasant and extremely helpful . The best part is, it's relatively easy to get helped because of the location; the store isn't packed and you rarely find yourself waiting!

Dr. Bruno possesses an incredible artistry and a deep understanding of facial aesthetics. I've undergone several procedures with him, including a liquid rhinoplasty that subtly refined my nose, expertly filled in childhood facial scars, received Botox throughout my face for a natural and youthful look, and had my lips enhanced with filler for a subtle and beautiful pout. The results have been nothing short of transformative. People consistently comment on how I seem to be aging backwards, and I wholeheartedly attribute that to Dr. Bruno's expertise. He truly listens to my concerns and goals, and his meticulous approach ensures the most natural and beautiful outcomes... time and time again. If you're seeking a world-class board certified plastic surgeon who prioritizes your individual needs and desires, I highly recommend Dr. Bruno and his team at Bruno Plastic Surgery.

Not cool at all, people save for a long time for these services, the least they can do is apply your deposit to the rescheduled visit. I've booked my procedure with a NY dr. that applies the consultation fee towards the cost of procedure. I feel I was robbed for only being 8 minutes late. Very disappointed because I was excited to be seen by Dr. Bruno.

I used my Dad's membership, and have used this membership not only in this location but in many other Sally's stores around the country, yet she gave me a hard time about why I shouldn't be using it and a new store policy. I simply replied how I didn't understand why I couldn't use it if I've used it before, but she continued to say she was the store manager (congratulations on that... what an accomplishment) , repeating herself. She gave me the discount, which I was thankful for, but didn't understand why she gave me a hard time in the first place. I would definitely not get a membership here, she probably ruined my experience with Sally's period. When I came back to pick something up for a family friend, she acted like she never knew me which is interesting. I told her she'll never forget this face again :) Don't waste your time here. Wouldn't be surprised if this place closes down because of poor management by Belinda.

I miss Dr. Sheldon and Dr. Zenker, but Dr. Severs, Dr. Marsili, and Dr. O'Donnell are all so kind and knowledgeable. I feel like they really listen to me when I tell them what problem I am having. Some reviews complain that they have to make more than one appointment, but they don't realize how busy the office is. If you aren't able to get an appointment with one of the doctors quickly, make an appointment with one of their PAs. I don't think people realize how well educated and knowledgeable they are. I can't say enough good things about Gina and Casey. The problem, I think, with reviews is that people mostly only give them when they want to complain or they are unhappy in general. The world would be a better place if people would be patient, kind and put themselves in the shoes of others.
