Paid for the consultation in advance, $150.00 did the paper work on line , I was 8 minutes late and they told me I had to reschedule and pay another deposit! This isn't Park Ave! Not cool at all, people save for a long time for these services, the least they can do is apply your deposit to the rescheduled visit. I've booked my procedure with a NY dr. that applies the consultation fee towards the cost of procedure. I feel I was robbed for only being 8 minutes late. was only too happy to get me in and take my $150 consult fee. poor bedside manner and did not appear to be fully forthcoming as far as providing information or answers. still, I jumped through the necessary hoops securing past medical records and undergoing required pre operative diagnostics.
