I went back to him to see what could be done and he injected more Botox in my forehead causing a worse result. I went to a PA at a different office and she told me this was a total botch job and I should never have injections in my forehead just in my "11's" and crows feet. It took 5 months for the Botox to dissipate and I looked very tired and not my happy self. Do not go to him!!

He said it would heal fine. Also left a 1/4 inch open hole between two sutures on my left lid. Big prominent scar he said would take a couple years to heal but was normal!! Did bags under my eyes which came out well. But now the bags are coming back. Weirdly on the side of one eye and the underneath of both eyes. I should have sued him! I am thinking of seeing an attorney about the current return of the puffy bags under my eyes. An optometrist recently told me he is the worst for doing eyes. Then why does he do them? I miss Dr. Sheldon and Dr. Zenker, but Dr. Severs, Dr. Marsili, and Dr. O'Donnell are all so kind and knowledgeable. I feel like they really listen to me when I tell them what problem I am having. Some reviews complain that they have to make more than one appointment, but they don't realize how busy the office is. If you aren't able to get an appointment with one of the doctors quickly, make an appointment with one of their PAs. I don't think people realize how well educated and knowledgeable they are. I can't say enough good things about Gina and Casey. The problem, I think, with reviews is that people mostly only give them when they want to complain or they are unhappy in general. The world would be a better place if people would be patient, kind and put themselves in the shoes of others.
