I felt super confident in entrusting her with my long-overdue layered trim and a balayage refresher. Not only was she willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the color (as I hadn't colored it in ages), but offered suggestions on what she thinks would look best for my hair type. For instance, I had a couple photos on Instagram saved of the types of balayage I wanted, but most were too dark at the root or way too platinum blonde at the tips. At her suggestion, I opted instead for a nice, subtle, warm blonde balayage to complement my already dirty blonde/ash blonde base. It came out perfect and the lighter shade blends seamlessly with my root, for a nice, even flow that will be super low maintenance when it grows out (a must for me).
