Since then I have continuous numbness in my hands and severe pain when I breathe. I am a lab technician requiring accuracy vs. pain spasms. Had to see a Dr for xrays which showed a dislocated rib on my upper vertebrae. I am now in Physical Therapy and continuous pain. The massage itself: 15 minutes moving my hair around, 15 minutes knuckling under my neck, 30 minutes painfully grinding only big muscles on the outside of my arms and legs and talking the entire time. This was most unbalanced, uncompassionate and inattentive massage I have ever had. The steam room is in not even warm and a glass of wine does not justify ill trained therapists. Should not have scheduled nor generously tipped. Do not recommend.

Completely lazy and rushed. I had to have a friend go through and fix it yesterday and she kept finding all these mistakes all over my head. I can't believe the stylist here sent me out of the salon like that. I couldn't even ask for a discount on the service because the manager left 2 hours before my hair was done and I was all alone with 2 stylists that clearly just graduated from beauty school and were just winging it. I had no idea this was going to happen and I was told I was in good hands only to be overcharged for a terrible job that was worth $50. The friend that fixed my hair after this salon is a teacher at a beauty school and she was appalled at the way they did the work. Do not go to this salon, they do not know what they are doing and will overcharge you. I've paid $300 for a full foil, a Brazilian blowout, and a haircut from a much higher end salon so the price here was definitely not worth it for a FULL FOIL that ended up not being a full foil. It feels like the stylist here only put 10 foils in my head. All the pictures I'm posting are the mistakes my friend found throughout the hair (there were more but she got tired of taking pictures of all the mistakes because there were so many), to the result of what it's supposed to look like once my friend was done. I'm also adding a picture of my hair a year ago when it was done to how my hair looked three weeks after getting it done here.

Today this hairdresser charged her $220! She paid it and come home upset. I went to the shop. The owner said she spoke with her girls and explained that next time they do extra on someone they need to tell them...only refunded $60. That was after only offering half off on the highlights still needed to get rid of one dimensional color job. Owner said she couldn't take money her hairdresser earned away! This girl was Not honest with my daughter but got to overcharge her anyway! I felt like it was a bait and switch, tell her $85 but charge $220(minus the $60 they finally agreed to give back) Awful experience.
