I came here because I did not pack enough clothes for my trip. Well, I did, just not the appropriate kind. I came in and automatically went to the clearance section. It was just going to be while I was driving throughout the heat. At first, I couldn't find the clearance section. When I finally did, it was kind of picked over section. I saw a pair of shorts and just grabbed them to hold them tight in case I didn't see anything else in the store. I went on browsing and didn't see anything else that I wanted and made my way to the register line. There was a decent line and a steady pace. What held it up was a customer doing a return and a customer with a pretty hefty order. With the pace the two staff were going, it wasn't too bad. The staff person I got to deal with was pretty funny. I'm assuming the person in line in front of me she was joshing with was somebody she knew and joked with. Since they let me go before them.

That said, I did not see any staff anywhere other than at the registers but they were clearing a decently long line of shoppers. They made her feel special as she got ready for upcoming First Communion and treated her like a young lady. It reminds me of what it used to be like to shop in person in small boutiques in NYC. I used my Dad's membership, and have used this membership not only in this location but in many other Sally's stores around the country, yet she gave me a hard time about why I shouldn't be using it and a new store policy. I simply replied how I didn't understand why I couldn't use it if I've used it before, but she continued to say she was the store manager (congratulations on that... what an accomplishment) , repeating herself. She gave me the discount, which I was thankful for, but didn't understand why she gave me a hard time in the first place. I would definitely not get a membership here, she probably ruined my experience with Sally's period. When I came back to pick something up for a family friend, she acted like she never knew me which is interesting. I told her she'll never forget this face again :) Don't waste your time here. Wouldn't be surprised if this place closes down because of poor management by Belinda.

We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. Thank you !! - mommy and Lucas from Miami
