I had to buy a gift while in town and had a 15% off email coupon as well, so it was time to spend a few bucks and get good deals on clothing and merchandise. The cashiers were helpful and scanned in a coupon for me when I showed them the screen. This store is huge and has two floors of just about everything. The mall has been kept alive by Boscov's all these years and it's a great place to shop. The mall, maybe not so much. At least there's free 3 hour validated parking in the underground garage with an elevator and escalator directly into the store.

I came here because I did not pack enough clothes for my trip. Well, I did, just not the appropriate kind. I came in and automatically went to the clearance section. It was just going to be while I was driving throughout the heat. At first, I couldn't find the clearance section. When I finally did, it was kind of picked over section. I saw a pair of shorts and just grabbed them to hold them tight in case I didn't see anything else in the store. I went on browsing and didn't see anything else that I wanted and made my way to the register line. There was a decent line and a steady pace. What held it up was a customer doing a return and a customer with a pretty hefty order. With the pace the two staff were going, it wasn't too bad. The staff person I got to deal with was pretty funny. I'm assuming the person in line in front of me she was joshing with was somebody she knew and joked with. Since they let me go before them.

I remember going into her new spacious wood-lined shop and feeling that Wallflower had litterally grown with me. Somehow I never minded if it came from Wallflower.. more than that, those seem to be the pieces I've carried with me for years.. I needed a craft store to complete my project and with a quick search this was closest. I knew…read morewhat I needed, but was unsure of where to find it when I first got here. I kind of wondered in here to areas I thought the items I needed would have been. Gave me time to look over things that I had no intentions of buying. I was looking for a clear plastic bag to put my project in. I finally found the area where all these items should have been, but to my surprise there were no bags on the racks. So I had to make a decision on whether to forgo it, or just make up something and go with it. I did that latter obviously since I wasn't from the area. I made my way through the store to find materials to help me figure out how to make it work. Luckily for me, I was able to find everything I needed and made my way to the register. I might add about my wondering how target treats their employees since hardly any of them have smiles, look you in the eye and say good morning / afternoon. The one good feature about target (Dickson City, PA) is that being a guy I have no issues with women entering the 'men's' room. The 'identify' as a woman sex abusers leave more accessibility for straight guys. Not so much fun for the very young or elderly females.

Anywho. my friend had to go and part of the joy of a long trip to the lav is catching up on this and that on ur phone. bad news. no cell service. Something important could have happened while she was in there and she wouldn't have known bc there was no service. it's not much to throw a wifi box in the bathroom. i took off 2 stars for the hassle. also i the line for starbucks is always long. on a good note xmas tree farm was playing so at least she was able to sing and be occupied during her stay in the bathroom. pic for reference below. happy holiday!
