I only had an hour to spare, so this time, my museum visit was a big fat bust. (Thanks a lot Yelp). However, to be fair this was a very cool costume shop. They had a plethora of costumes and ghostly accessors to make your most ardent haunting desires come true. The also have some pretty radical props and creature statues that are definitely worth a look, but the best part about the shop was the customer service. The two girls behind the counter seemed almost as bummed as I was that I was going to miss the museum. They helped me with directions for next time and even took my picture in front of some giant snowman. This place was so cool that I think I return to visit the museum in a few months I will return and buy a few more Frazzetta coasters.

I call and the manager states that they are prepackaged and there's nothing they can do to help me. I contact the company and they say it's up to the discretion of the store manager. I don't care about a discount, or a new costume, I care that they were rude and didn't even try to help with this. I will never ever recommend this place and have already told many parents at her daycare about this incident.
