If I could give zero stars I would. I've been going to this…read morestore for years but lately it's gotten so bad. Lets start at the top and work our way down Management doesn't care. The guy Mike who manages just walks around won't help with anything. I've heard him put down his worker. The way he talks to and about woman is ridiculous. It's sick for customers to hear how he going out with the general manager and can do what he wants. when the General manager is there she does run around doing stuff and friendly with the customer. The assistant manager Q is so overwhelmed and over worked you can't help but to feel sorry for her. the new assistant manager is unpleasant and not friendly at all. the cashiers depends on their moods on how if they are going to be nice or helpful. For the most part they do joke around and make the trip ok. They do have their favorites that get extra discounts or items priced for them. The clothing people are very nice and helpful especially the red hair lady named Jamie the stockers are friendy the donation center staff all very very rude the store is big however it's dirty. the shelves very unorganized and a lot of broken stuff or stuff that does not work. there is a lot of garbage on the shelves empty boxes, wrappers, empty coffee cups ect. the clothes area is a mess lots of empty hangers, clothes on the floor. broken picture frames in bins that can be dangerous. broken glass on the floor the manager Mike will see all this and not do anything about it. if a customer tries to talk to him about stuff he is rude and will walk away.

They have a tiny lot in the back that can fit 8 cars OVERALL: I would come back here again, but I would be cautious of the parking situation
