Jerry's For All Seasons has one of the best selections of Christmas items in Northeast PA and that's the main reason why I stop here. It's located almost directly off Interstate 81, but during the Christmas season parking can be an issue as it gets very busy. One thing I want to be clear about is this place is not cheap and you are paying for selection. Numerous theme related trees are all over the store with various ornaments for sale. They have a selection of miniature houses for Christmas villages. A selection of more educational kid's toys is also available. Various baked goods are available including pies, cookies, and rolls. The pies are large and impressive looking, as are the prices for them. Outdoor decorations include blow molds and larger ceramic pieces. They also offer pictures with Santa and live deer by appointment. Is Jerry's For All Seasons worth a visit when looking for Christmas items? Yes, for its impressive selection, but I can't guarantee you'll walk out with anything or anything left in your wallet. read more

I ordered flowers from here through 1-800-FLOWERS to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day When I called 1-800-FLOWERS around 4pm, their system said the flowers were out for delivery. 5 hours later, it still said 'Out for Delivery', yet no flowers had been delivered for Mother's Day and they couldn't reach anyone at Jerry's. If Jerry's couldn't do the order, I would've appreciated if they let me know and not accept the order so I could order elsewhere. The entire night - no flowers and no phone call. I left a message for Jerry's and no return phone call. My mother is going through chemo and had to spend the day alone - I hoped receiving flowers could've been a bright spot in her day. I'm absolutely heartbroken. read more

Especially when dealing with the public, listen I work with the public as well but if u ever treated my customers the way these people do, I wouldn't have a job or my own business. Poor custom service. I'm told inconsistent things by staff. Three people at the register yet only one register open despite long, slow line.

This store does not stand behind its products or plants. I purchased 2 hanging baskets that were marketed as "proven winners" only to have them go nearly dead in two weeks. When I called to ask what can be done about the problem, they essentially told me it was my fault. I countered with the fact that I have 15 years of gardening experience and I work in a grounds and beautification capacity for a commercial firm. They were not interested in what I had to say and would not make any restitution to me for the bad product. Add to that: The greenhouse person had a condescending attitude was not interested in getting to the root cause of the problem. She just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. This is the epitome of bad customer service and poor business management. Jerry's has essentially alienated a long-term customer for what could have been an easy fix. They also claim that "quality is always in season" or their sales receipt. This is nothing but a lie. IF quality was in season, I would have healthy plants! Their products are overpriced across the board when you look at the showroom pieces. I have read other reviews that have said "Jerry's" doesn't back up their products. So my review is very close to the truth. read more

Delivered a gift to my house twice from sherrys berries. It was left on the ground. It wasn't in a box or a bag. By the time I got home the strawberries were eaten by an animal and there was a big mess all around the yard. I never got one strawberry. Never got my anniversary gift. read more

Normally... I have a great experience at Jerry's For All Season... HOWEVER.... I went to Jerry's For All Seasons in Dunmore PA, as I normally do for plants for my front yard....Along with the mums, and other items I purchase throughout the year. I decided to buy these plants called Lambs Ear and some other plants that I have never purchased before... Well, $168.00 later.... I got new plants... This was on a Sunday. I returned to Jerry's the following Saturday to show them the plants and how they were dying...I had the original containers, that says Jerry For All Season with the price tags. However, I lost the receipt, which I believe flew out of my car as the plants were being loaded into my vehicle. Regardless of the thousands of dollars that I can prove that I spend throughout the year at Jerry's For All Season, I was given the WORST customer service and the nastiest treatment by Allison and I believe Kelly from this establishment. Due to this I will NEVER shop at Jerry's For All Season EVER AGAIN and will take my constant business to another establishment that appreciates their loyal customers. I try to help our local businesses by purchasing from them over spending money at the large brand companies and this is where it got me !!! NEVER AGAIN !!! read more

This store does not stand behind the merchandise they sell. My sister in law bought a expensive table top frosted Christmas tree and within a month half the light s did not work. Jerry's would not take it back and give store credit since she did not keep receipt . Worse than that, an employee told her to cut lights off and buy her own miniature string of lights or she could pay $25 an hour to repair a $60 tree!! This would not fly in my neck of the woods. read more

The employees need a lesson in customer service. On 5-19-20 called Jerry for all Seasons and asked if there plants where garenteed and was asked what was the problem. I told the young lady I had purchased over $150.00 worth of flowers and shrubs last year and lost two of the flowers over the winter. We told her we had the labels that come with all flowers to care for them. She said without a receipt it would be hard to help us, a negative statement to a customer, a big no no. Alison did say she would discount the replacement flowers for us. On 5-20-15 I arrived at the store to replace 2 Becky Shasta Daisy flowers and purchase an additional two ,my total was $63.56, I asked Alison where was the discount she had promised me, she told me I needed to bring in the dead flowers. I told her she had never told me this last night when we spoke. She is welled trained in diseption by someone. I have the dead flowers but was not driving back to South side and returning. As I stated earlier I bought four new plants again for $63.56 on 5-20-15 on ticket # 1-403206 Station one at 3-25 PM. She said we did have a bad winter, what an answer. This no way to run a retail store. We spend hundreds of dollars on our property's each year, none of It will go to Jerry's For All Seasons again. The Big Box stores treat you much better and have a written policy on there flowers posted for customers to see. Next time I shop here will be at there going out of business sale. You don't treat good quality customers in this manner. They spend ten of thousands of dollars on advertisements to get our business and then chase us away, go figure. Never again.
