The negative: Every manager and/or assistant manager we have encountered here for over many years has been rude in their interactions with us. Answers to our queries are short and without a smile or pleasant comments. They've also not acknowledged us as customers if the associate has a question regarding our items at checkout. Very surprising that a Christian company would consistently employ miserable people in the managerial position. What kind of an example are they to the public of a joyful follower of Christ? And if they aren't a Christian, perhaps Hobby Lobby should be reconsidering who they hire to represent their company.

With TJ Maxx out of the equation, the store is more diminutive. The selections are suitable for the most part, offering a large number of items. I'm thrilled with how well-organized each department is. Although that's great, the aisles are crimped, making it challenging to pass by. It would be nice to see some improvements.
