Every other store that I had perused before had an atmosphere of trying to push something on me that I didn't want, trying to up sell me, and were simply just after the commission. The staff here listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions based on my answers, and helped me design exactly what I wanted. The overall experience was so wonderful and professional and I could tell that the staff were focused on getting the ring right instead of just getting something sold.
