Always just pushed to the side and left floor try and make the best of halloween with expensive animatronics that dont work properly... its so unfortunate and it saddens me that there zero communication and we always just get stuck trying to fix what we can on our own .... 3 to 4 thousand dollars just in animatronics not counting all the accessories that come along with it, like costumes for the whole family every year for i dont even know how many years.smoke machines, fog juice, strob lights black lights ,mini animatronics like the leaping spiders to crawling zombies, right down to the big grave stones, to little ones. Pumpkin utensils and knives handheld and electric and everything els in between i mean the list goes on and on all from sprit halloween... well we finally now have zero expectations from spirit halloween, i totally regret and feel very unfortunate that my family and I will not contribute to the store any longer.

Of course they had everything we needed and were helpful and very cheerful in assisting us. Prices were great (same as Amazon) and being able to try on the dress (my wife, not me) before buying was a huge plus because she got the correct size. The first dress would've been too big, even though the size should've fit. Can't say how valuable this was in saving us time and hassle with a return and potentially not having the proper clothes for the party. This store offers rentals of so many amazing costumes year-round, so there's literally everything and anything you could imagine to get you dressed up for the occasion. The two ladies that helped us were absolutely wonderful and sweet and we were so delighted to stop in. See you next time!

So my son bought two of the same costumes just two different sizes, to go home and try on. when he went right back, after trying them on, to return them They refuse to refund my son. He spoke to the manager and he told him no as well. I called and tried to have this rectified on the phone with the main office . They also refused and refused to let me speak to ma supervisor. So they basically ripped off my son of $100. I think it is very unfair to take advantage of people especially in this day and age. I am not usually one to post this but I feel that we were not treated correctly and I ma tried of being taken advantage of. I will never be going to this store again nor ordering online. I will also be taking this to the next level.

Yelp doesn't like this cuz I had work "relationships" with the scumbags & my post is a no no
