This place has become a joke. And they aren't even nice about it. The hot chick at the front says that the admission fee is applied to your purchase, but if you don't buy anything, you just gave them $10 for nothing. On top of that, everything in that store is super overpriced, despite Mr. Frazetta claiming on his website video that his products are better and prices are lower than other shops (like Spirit or Party City). That's simply false. For example: Frazettas has a Captain America child costume for $55. I went to Party City instead and got that same exact suit for my son for $30, plus another costume for another child, and the total for two costumes was less than one at Frazettas. And I only went here and Party City, because Walmart was out of the size costumes we needed (same brands, by the way), otherwise it would have cost even less for the costumes at Walmart or even Target. While they do have some nicer adult costumes (and spicy ladies outfits) available, nothing they offer at this store makes the ridiculous $10 admission fee worth paying, even if it's applied to your overpriced purchase here. That's right, nothing. For $10 admission, the chick at the front should be wearing as little as possible. Just order stuff online and let this place fade away into oblivion.

[1080] 2/2020…read more I visited this costume store in Philadelphia while in the area. Plenty of strip mall parking. The store is huge and seems to be open all year round. There are a ton of costumes available in this location. There is an upstairs which has closeout items. They have a 50,60,70 and 80 costume section which made me want to find a themed party :) We picked up a few cool items while here. Staff was friendly We will definitely be back.

They have a sections of " goth clothing", adult section in the back, a kids section and everything in between; from clowns to princesses, to fairies and jesters they truly have it all. The make-up section is OK , has all the essentials color wise , fake blood and all that jazz. I was looking specifically for " jester make up", which they didn't have, but if you know what you're doing they definitely have the colors CON: is the price. Biggest "con" of all ( see what I did there ;) Their corsets are priced at $99.. WHAT? I could go to Victoria Secret for a real one.. and some! Ps you can find corset online for $20.. I found a top hat that was cute.. I flipped it over $79.99 . WHAT WHAT? I was flipping it around trying to see, is this made from gold? From magical fairy elves.. a brand name? I have no idea. I ended up making my own from materials of AC Moore for about $5.. They'll have what you need, I'm sure of it. Just be ready to shell out

Absolutely LOVE Pierre's Costumes/Planet Santa. Jennifer is the most amazing General Manager I have…read moreever worked with. I have been a Santa Claus ambassador for 26 years- Which is normal for men who are Santa Ambassadors... However I am a female. Its VERY VERY hard to find the fit and function that not only conceals the fact that I am a woman, but also gives me the look and confidence to portray the man in the red suit perfectly. Their quality and craftmanship is unsurpassed. I own the classic and traditional suits from these nice folks and just purchased a coat. I will be back again and again. As a native of Philly, living in Arkansas I am so blessed to find this gem of a shop. I recommend them Highly! If you shop somewhere else for Santa Supplies, you need coal in your stocking for sure! They will not steer you wrong! If you want to ask me questions about how awesome they are, ask them to share my email I'll be happy to tell you how they got on my nice list forever! Great Job Jennifer! Shout Out to Heather who modeled my new coat for me via email and the Big Guy who helped round out the deal! ...Now if you just shipped WaWa coffee... Santa Mel

This is one great resource for all your costume and makeup needs. The owner, Debbie, was extremely helpful and made some great suggestions that worked for me, even if it didn't bring any business to her shop. She definitely puts the need of the customer first and profit last. That is such a refreshing change. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this long-standing small business that is definitely an amazing resource to our community. Her rentals are no hassle and affordable perfect for schools or fraternities. I am looking forward to visiting with Debbie again soon. My Rudolph costume is going to be a hit, and she made it simple but awesome! Thank you, Debbie. Respectfully John H

My family stopped in to take a peek today while we were in the area. Our daughter had a lollipop,…read moreas many children do. We talked to her beforehand about being careful with it in the store as she always has been. Upon entering the first words from the staff were about asking us to take it from her. There was an older man in there talking about Excitement Video (inappropriate). Definitely not an environment that I'd suggest taking children to. Not to mention the costumes I did see were ratty looking and incredibly overpriced. I let the staff know it is not their place to try and parent. A woman explained she was the owner and that they didn't allow food or drinks (seriously?). She was more interested in speaking over me than listening. It's a lollipop, not a milkshake. Previous reviews state a dog is frequently in the store. So a dog is apparently more capable of being clean and respectful than a human? Anyway, I would suggest shopping on Amazon or going to a Spirit store. Anywhere else but that shop. Incredibly bad experience (condoned by the owner) and I will NEVER do business with them again.
