They will promise you a delivery time that they can not or will not adhere to. They will fudge you over twice before you can say "Bob is my uncle!" Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!
