Fun, antique store with three levels and organized very well…read more I made my first official purchase at this antique store after visiting a combined ten stores consisting of thrift stores and antique stores over the past few months. I found a hand signed and framed map of Egypt entitled "Treasures of the Nile". Shockingly it was only $5 bucks too, score! My girlfriend and I spent a total of two hours here and we both left with some purchases. They also had a pamphlet on the main counter by the register showing where over fifty antique stores are located in the Tri-State area. If you are in the area and have the time, I suggest you check this place out. As always people SYOY!!

He had an armored snow tank parked out front for a couple years that has now been moved to Adamstown.

She graciously shared stories and histories of Berks County artists ! I treasure the time she spent on the local talent! A life long passion! Valerie is a treasure trove! For example The paintings and lives of the Shearer family! Wow! Their talent is undeniable. I'm impressed and delighted to see these paintings and know something about them as well. There should be a movie about them or a documentary! It's a thrill! In the meantime there is a wonderful book. Valerie wrote a book on BERKS COUNTY ART. I'm happy to say I now own it!! I love it so much. I loved seeing the precious chick paintings of William Spang! I loved a lot about this store. Everything has a story. The art and the people! Some reasonable- some not. It's not huge but it's well organized with lots to see. I would definitely come back to visit this store in the area. I liked the brightness and cleanliness of the store. As with any antique mall there are vendor booths that are well priced and then insanely expensive. There is a lot to see for sure. One main drawback is this is a "CASH ONLY" business. If you read my reviews you know I hate cash only businesses. Luckily I had plenty of cash- as it turns out I ended up not purchasing anything. I was tempted to purchase a few items but did not. I highly recommend visiting- I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area. They have a little snack stand and a nice. Lean restroom to make your shopping spree comfortable. I did not eat here but I thought that was great! I was tempted by the enormous Valentines cards for 1$- but there were no envelopes.
