Love this place. Shop there often as the products change with new arrivals. Reasonable, friendly staff and helpful.

The owner also purchased many items from me for a fair price. He is a kind man and he knows so much about so many things, as he's been in this business for a long time. Highly recommend!

Allen's Antiques, on the northbound side of Route 611 in Riegelsville, occupies a small space. But…read morethere's a surprising amount of good stuff in that small space. When I was there this afternoon, there were lots of small items--tools, planters, china, carvings, figurines. But there was also an assortment of toys, including a display of small lead soldiers and other painted metal figures. There was a container of glass marbles (priced at $ .50 each), some early advertising pieces, some really old books, Fiestaware, a blue Hall's for Westinghouse lidded container that I loved, and a corner filled with vintage clothing (mostly furs and hats). In the front window is a large advertising figure, but it's hard to see if you're driving by quickly. There was a pair of green glass hurricane lamp shades that I just loved. Thank goodness they were too expensive for me to even consider, because I have no idea where I would put them if I could afford them. I didn't really talk with the owner (because I knew I wasn't buying today and he was busy). But based on the merchandise, he knows what he has, and if you have questions or if there is something specific you want, it would be worth asking him about it. Don't miss this store if you're driving along the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River--it's worth the stop. There was a sign in the window today (5/27/2016) that said the new temporary hours are only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Fun, antique store with three levels and organized very well…read more I made my first official purchase at this antique store after visiting a combined ten stores consisting of thrift stores and antique stores over the past few months. I found a hand signed and framed map of Egypt entitled "Treasures of the Nile". Shockingly it was only $5 bucks too, score! My girlfriend and I spent a total of two hours here and we both left with some purchases. They also had a pamphlet on the main counter by the register showing where over fifty antique stores are located in the Tri-State area. If you are in the area and have the time, I suggest you check this place out. As always people SYOY!!

If it weren't for Allen, I would still be eating every meal off of a plastic storage bin! I…read morerecently moved into an apartment in the area, and I was on a mission. I had all the essentials, a bed, a couch, a desk, some dressers. The one thing I lacked was a kitchen table. That's a pretty big deal, especially when it takes you three weeks to finally go out and get one! My landlord pointed me right down the road and told me to check out Allen's Antiques. I had been in during my first week checking out some of the tables and Allen himself was very helpful, walking me through all the rooms and telling me about each of them. Upon my second visit two weeks later, Allen remembered who I was and once again helped out by showing me some of the new stock and some other tables I had missed on my first visit. I ended up settling on a beautiful drop leaf table that was right on the porch, and he gave me an incredible deal! Even better, it was delivered for free! Allen and the two movers who helped bring the table up to my apartment couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I noticed that a previous reviewer had commented on the clutter of the place itself. I definitely agree, the place is jam-packed with antique finds and it gets a little tight in corners, but I feel like this is what makes your experience in an antique store more exciting. You're surrounded by so much history and every piece is struggling to be noticed and to tell you its story, but it allows you to find those special pieces that really speak to you and stand out among all the rest.
