    The sales people were fine but have no pull on the delivery experience which was HORRIBLE. Our wooden chairs sat in rain for 25 min they brought them in with no attempt to dry sliding them across the house on our newly refinished floors after asking 6 times to please pick them up and not slide. They didn't ask to use our door lock which was sensitive and just used it breaking it off the hinge with no apology or recognition. EVERY chair was damaged with chips or stains so I was directed by the store to send back. They then became upset and hostile about it huffing a lot. On top of that replacement chairs for something that was 100% their fault will be an additional 6-8 weeks on top of the 6-8 weeks we initially waited. And someone else's delivery sat out I. The rain the whole time they were at our house. We were directed to email which we did and absolutely NOTHING was done about it. We have used Ashley exclusively for about 10 years but can say we will not be back. I'd rather pay more for better service and respect as well as accountability

    I have never seen a furniture store care less about its customers than Ashley's. Scratched bed. Workers came without tools. Accent table wasn't put together correctly. Kitchen table had been messed up and they tried to fix it and give it to us as brand new. NEVER NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!! They do not care about you. There are better furniture stores out there that will give you great furniture for your money.

    the sofa that was trying to force into the elevator that is too small also here is where they ripped the emergency exit sign off the ceiling

I went online three times and filed a claim. I have never heard back from R&F even though the website says you will hear back within 48-72 hours. I have called three times and filed a claim but never heard back. I finally spoke with someone who promised they would send me an email with a link to the service calendar so I could schedule a repair appointment. I never received that email. They do nothing but lie and procrastinate. I will be filing in small claims court and registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. First, I would like to say Kathy was just amazing, she worked with us and was never pushy and trying to get the sale. We recently moved to Quakertown, and we kept going back and forth between a sectional or sofa and love seat. Kathy was great, she helped with measurements and brochures to ensure we knew what exactly we wanted. This store located in Quakertown is so big, and such a great selection of colors and sizes, not like the Ashley Furniture down the street which everything was all the same. Delivery was just as great, the two gentlemen were so nice and friendly, they kept the house clean of trash and said yes and thank you. Highly recommend this store.

    We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. All dimensions of the sofa were clearly…read moredelineated on the order form, carefully reviewed by Sheffield, and signed off by Sheffield and us. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.
