A Target for other Targets to live by. Spacious, sparkling clean, well-stocked and well-organized with diverse products. The bathrooms are spotless and modern. One could honestly do all their shopping here; the grocery section is so extensive. The Starbucks serves skillfully-crafted drinks and treats and has great window seating. I've many great memories of sitting there with friends sipping hot drinks on rainy days. If the concept of Walmart were executed flawlessly on double the budget, this would be the result. read more

I stopped by to pick up a wedding card for an event that I would be attending later that afternoon, and upon entering a young girl was happy to point me in the right direction for what I needed. Absolutely livid how my order was handled. I woke up at 3 am to order this special edition book and left work early to get there as soon as I could to pick it up just for it to be the wrong book! I would have rather been denied the order than waste my time, energy and money! I had to jump through hoops to get this book just for it to be the wrong book. I am flabbergasted with how target handled this. They messed up on their end and did nothing to compensate for it. Won't ever shop there again. read more

Total crap fest of nonsense at this Target yesterday. Item was purchased via Target.com for store pickup. Form email says that item would be ready within two hours. Next form email comes fifteen minutes later saying that the item is ready. We get to the store to pick up the item an hour later. So far so good. Here's where it changes into BS game playing. Go to customer service and they try to give us a floor model that is not in the box and is very clearly cracked/partially broken. This crack is not small either. I mean Stevie Wonder would have said "Damn, look at that crack!" Initially the person at customer service tries to pretend they don't notice the crack or that it's not that bad until we dig our heels in that this isn't happening at which time she calls some one in the back to bring up a new one, in the box, that is free from any defects. Why the games? Why try to pass off the shit floor model as acceptable? Why give us a hard time about taking something that no sane person would want? I realize that this experience does not mean that every transaction at this Target will play out like this but FWIW, it did for us. read more

This Target is located in the Richland Marketplace shopping center in Quakertown Pa. I am not always in Quakertown (I'm up Route 309 in Souderton) but I have stopped in this Target a few times over the years. It's really hit or miss because the few times I have gone they either had what I was looking for or they didn't even though they showed it as in stock. Everything else was decent enough. I won't really make any special trips to this Target as there are a few closer to my house that are better but if I am in Quakertown and need a Target then this will do. read more

Guest services is terrible. Went to return 2 air mattresses that were complete crap. Got them as gifts and didnt have the receipt. Never used the 1 (unboxed and attempted to blow up and failed) and the other 1 was never opened. According to the lady at guest services, they cant accept returns on air mattresses. That's a lie because I've seen people do it. Apparently at target, you cant return things without a receipt? At any other target that is untrue. I was informed by the lady at guest services that I would need my license. I left it in the car and told her I would go get it. She told me i couldnt get it until the manager she called came over. So I waited and the manager gave me a hard time about going to get my license. Worst experience ever. read more

Add this onto the many stores in Quakertown. It's a nice alternative to having to drive towards the Lehigh Valley Mall to shop at a Target. Staff is friendly and the store is always clean. They participate with the smartphone application called "Shopkick" you get rewards for walking into the store and scanning things with your smartphone. By doing this you get "kicks" that can be redeemed for prizes and gift cards. I'm never bored when the girlfriend wants to go shopping because I can putz around the store scanning things and receive points. It's nice to get the general feeling I am at least doing something fun and gamey while she looks at clothing. They also have a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut express built into the store for if you are ever hungry. Sometimes the Starbucks gives away free drink samples. read more

The newest Lehigh Valley Target. Very bright & clean. Friendly employees and plenty of checkers working on a Saturday morning. For the south side LV people, this is probably a bit closer than the one in Allentown, and it's definitely much nicer. read more

I came to pick up a cable for the holidays. I placed my order online. It was quick and easy. When I walked in the store it was very clean, bright, and the employees were all running around but still seemed... happy (many were smiling) something one wouldn't see at your local Walmart. OK, so I will admit, I feel a little strange writing a review for an individual Target. And I will preface that I used to work for Target so I have a high standard when it comes to what I'm looking for in any given Target store. This is one my go-to stores. It's got more square footage than some of the other Targets in the area - PERFECT, more aisles for me to aimlessly wander through and pick up things I don't need but REALLY WANT. It's always clean and kept in order. BUT here's the real reason I'm writing, I walked in tonight to exchange a dress size that I had purchased in another store. They said there might be one in the store, they just had to locate it. They spent 20 minutes helping me to get this dress. When they couldn't find it in the store, they hopped on their PDAs and immediately started looking it up in other store locations. When nothing in the immediate area showed up, they were quick to search online. We didn't get the dress, which is sad. However, I am so thankful that they were SO HELPFUL even so late at night. I drove out of my way to go to this Target specifically and I am so glad that I did because even if I didn't get what I was looking for, the experience made it every bit worth it. read more

Must add my experience to the many others who have attempted to order from Target.com and been disappointed when trying to pick up from this store. They often switch you selection out for used product or the like. This time they at least notified me they were cancelling part of my order before I wasted the drive out there. They must fail to properly inventory or are not responsive to online requests and they sell stuff they should have reserved since you already paid for it. If you must give money to this store better go in person as they pay short shrift to folks trying to use their web site. read more

What an incompetent, ill-communicative group of people! They failed myself as a customer and did NOT take the time to make sure they gave the correct and most up to date information! I called 30 minutes before showing up to make sure my baby shower gift was still there for me to pick up from a friend who previously had ordered it. NEVER did they say there were any issues with picking up the item. Failure on your part Target! Another reason NOT to have a baby registry with you. I left empty handed and disappointed. read more

When this Target opened just 2 minutes from me I was very excited. I shopped there for everything except clothing for myself. I couldn't wait to go shop the Missoni for Target line of clothing for myself. I was there the morning it was available for purchase. I had 3 of my children with me, all under the age of 4. I picked out a bunch of item to take to the fitting room and try on before my children got bored. When I went to the fitting room there were no attendants there so I just pushed my shopping cart (which my 3 kids were sitting in) into the biggest fitting room. Keep in mind this was my first time trying on clothes at Target because I had never shopped for women's clothes there before. When we came out of the fitting room there was an employee standing there. I hung the items I didn't want on the rack and the stuff I wanted was hanging on my shopping cart. The employee told me that she would take what I didn't want and I told her that I had hung it on the rack. She then YELLED at me because I took more than 6 items into the fitting room. I explained to her that there was no one there to tell me that there was a limit. She told me it was on the door and I needed to pay attention. I still did not see it on the door after she said that. Not to mention that I had 3 small children with me and I was paying more attention to them than other stuff. I had also picked up a bra and matching underwear when I was shopping. I tried the bra on but it didn't fit so I had hung that and the underwear on the rack because I didn't want the underwear without the bra. She saw the underwear and accused me of trying them on. When I told her that I didn't try them on she told me I was lying and I needed to tell her the truth! If she would have looked at them she could have seen that I didn't even take them off the hanger! As if that wasn't enough she then yelled at me again because my 2 year old didn't have shoes on and "she is going to get hurt". She is 2 and will not leave shoes on and I had her sitting in the shopping cart because she did not have shoes on. When I contacted Target about how I was humiliated by one of their employees they didn't even respond! I would at least expect an apology. Needless to say I will never shop at Target again. I don't recommend anybody with children shop at this store. They will make an a$$ out of you. read more
