I did this about four times over four days. When the time finally came to place the order the girls that helped me were awesome. I did one last walk threw the store just to make sure I had everything correct on the list and then went to dinner while they pulled everything from their stock. It was that easy for the most part. They also stored my order for the week since I wasn't moving until the next weekend. There was only a few hiccups in the order. All of which they were happy to fix. One I wasn't given my 20% off on my flatware and two I was given an extra set of Napoli plates that should have been bowls. They even offered to bring the set too me so I didn't have to go back to the store. I couldn't be happier with my experience shopping here. I've even added a few things since my original order. This has kind of become my favorite home store without me even realizing it.

Decor Home Furniture reviews and complaints highlight issues with product quality, delivery delays, and poor customer service responses to problems. Some customers report furniture falling apart after a short time and being unable to get issues resolved, while others praise the helpfulness of individual staff members. The business has received complaints and is not a Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited business. Common complaints Poor quality: Some customers report that furniture has fallen apart after a short period, with materials breaking or cushions separating. Delivery delays and damage: Orders have been delayed for months, and some products have arrived damaged. Poor customer service: Customers have reported difficulty getting responses to their complaints, especially when trying to resolve issues with damaged or defective products. Some have described a complete lack of communication after problems arose. Miscommunication: There have been instances of miscommunication regarding orders and promises made by staff. You want quality furniture go to stores that's been in business for a while and pay for what you expect to get and be satisfied. like Ashley raymore or even Bob's furniture. WOW! SEEING THIS- I DON'T FEEL SO BAD DIDN'T HAPPEN JUST TO ME.. Bought the same overly priced that Decor sells, same at"BOB'S which was far better quality for LESS,services far better and delivery awesome and warranty was far better than Decor offers.Always is dealing with chain stores. BEWARE buying from here.Want warped, cheap furniture that will fall apart shortly after look at previous reviews other stores closed down. BOBS/ASHLEY,EVEN RAYMORE,Very kid friendly as you look NOT stalked by employees. Giving treats, drinks to the little ones. Their sectional sofas amazing, awesome White glove protection from pets, besides being super comfortable, I would advise anyone. A co-worker today told me of a situation she occurred with this store she bought a tall extended dining room table ( mid section comes out)and she went back within 24 hours and totem a special situation came up that I need a lower table and I will keep the six chairs they said all sales are final to her and she was confused she didn't even get it yet but they can't do nothing to help her. This just shows the type business one is dealing with ensure not a store of any reputation being they keep shutting stores down. I went to Whitehall store to find out they closed down moved to Easton. I live in phoenixville and Easton was too far finding out that store is closing down too as well as the store in Bethlehem. this is all hearsay from what was told I would just say to investigate it yourself keep in mind what you're paying for might look a chocolate bar on the rapper inside you never know what to expect. just to let you know why I'm leaving a detailed review is because the owner cares less that his employees looks at kids walking around the store as if they were thieves stalking them, 12 and 14 years old what are they going to steal?

For my attention challenged friends, here's the short version:…read more If you need help purging, finding the right home for your items, creating systems that actually make sense, and adding labels so everything stays that way, hire Room to Bloom. If you are overwhelmed and craving the peace that comes from less clutter and everything having a designated place, it is worth it. Long version: We bought our home in 2020, and it was a full gut renovation. We are still living only on the first floor, while the upstairs remains mostly unfinished except for a small office. Our house currently has no linen closet, and we are sharing one small bathroom as a family of five. Because of this, we have been storing items in places that do not really make sense, simply out of necessity. At one point, I bought a large IKEA cabinet and put it in one of the kids' rooms just to store towels and sheets. With a family of five, we do a lot of laundry and accumulate a lot of stuff. We also have a side entrance that slowly became a dumping ground for anything we wanted out of sight. Every six months we would clean it, only for it to turn back into a junk room pretty quickly. Since we are not using the upstairs yet, we largely ignored the problem. Over the summer, I had a vision for the space with a custom bench/hall-tree and storage, so I bought multiple IKEA cabinets. A few family members had passed away or downsized over the years, and I had inherited many seasonal items and kitchen items. The volume alone felt paralyzing. We got the floors done and the cabinets in place and even after multiple passes of purging, I still felt overwhelmed by stuff and stuck. One of our kids has special needs and she often goes into the younger kids room and dumps out baskets and empties the book shelves. It's hard to keep up and I felt totally defeated. I decided to ask for help and I'm so glad I did! One of the most helpful parts was having an impartial, logical person there to talk through decisions without emotion or pressure. Krysta helped me move items out quickly so I did not second-guess myself, and she reorganized spaces in ways I never would have thought of. She also consolidated items so things that belonged together finally lived in the same place. She brought her trusty label maker, which made all the difference in creating systems that will actually last. We have a long dresser in the dining room that also turned into junk drawers and randomness. After collected all the baskets and storage bins we could use for the foyer, we began gathering items that didn't belong in other rooms and got to work. We already had a craft cabinet in the foyer, so she said it made sense to move all craft supplies out of the kids' room and into one centralized location. It was her idea to switch out which cabinet was designated for crafts and games and it ended up making much more sense. She also solved the recurring problem in the kids room by bringing arts and craft related items out and storing other items away safely so our other child couldn't access them anymore. We designated drawers for non-Christmas gift wrapping, bday party supplies, paint, games, flashlights, candles, light bulbs, beads, crayons, markers, etc., shelves for kitchen items not used daily, paper, everything has a home! While I'm not sharing pics of the kids room, I do have many of the foyer (I still have to paint the cabinet doors and get them hung- it's on the list lol) and the donate pile. If you have been considering hiring a professional organizer, do not hesitate. Krysta accomplished in one day what I had been trying to do for months, honestly closer to years. I am so grateful for her help. Thank you, Krysta!!!

Beyond their skill (which is incredible), what really stood out to me was how kind, compassionate, and understanding they were throughout the entire process. They made me feel so comfortable from the very start, never judging, always encouraging, and brought such a calm energy into our home. Room to Bloom truly has a gift for what they do. They don't just organize spaces. They bring peace, order, and a little bit of joy back into your home. I'm endlessly grateful and can't recommend them highly enough.

At the time, I debated about purchasing the extra protection/guarantee thing for $99 and then figured what the hell... I have a kid & cats. Welp. Got a hole in the couch, and it's been slowly getting beaten up - stains don't come out, that kind of thing. Another friend told me her partner, who's just bought a new place in NYC, got his couch - the same kind I have - at Bob's, but now it includes built-in shelves on either side and charging stations. Huh. So last week, I popped up to Bob's to check out the new couch. I wasn't thrilled about having to shell out $$ for a new couch, but when I talked to Maryanne, the salesperson, she said that the policy I bought might cover the cost to replace it. I was dubious but agreed it was worth the 10 minutes it took to file a claim. Lo and behold. Got an email from the claims dept. yesterday with a voucher for replacing my couch! The OG model I have isn't made anymore, but the upgrade is better anyway. Popped up to Bob's today. Ordered the new couch. Used the voucher -- free delivery, new protection plan included -- and it cost me a whole $47 out of pocket. Shout-out to Stephen for his help today & for assuring me that Maryanne would get the commission since she's responsible for suggesting I try the claims process in the first place. Moral of the story -- Bob's has decent furniture. Nothing's built to last anymore, unfortunately, but their policy -- if you purchase the protection plan for $99 -- is absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend them.

Installation Made Easy acts like they're providing the actual in-home service, but really they just pass the work over to a pre-arranged general contractor. That general contractor will then subcontract the bulk of their work to a subcontractor. In some cases, the subcontractor will subcontract again. The general contractors do horrible work, they lie, they're terrible to work with, and worse in some instances. If you go back to Installation Made Easy, they refuse to do much, if anything, saying they're not a contractor. Installation Made Easy hides behind the fact they're a middle man company that merely helps you find a contractor they hand pick. Bottom line is - stay away from Home Decor and Installation Made Easy. They're all utterly incompetent, and you'll live to regret stepping into the store in the first place.
