He had the watch only for 3 minutes if that and you can't see what he's doing behind his area it's very covered! He gave me back my watch and charged $36 and said he never removed the links it's me. I said , This watch fit me before I gave you my watch for a new battery to be put in and you hand me back my watch with links missing and my watch doesn't even fit me now, this watch can fit a little kid, what the hell ,I want my links back!!! He said maybe they're at my house he doesn't have them, check your pocket, i don't have your links what would I do with them he goes to tell me!! I even had security and police involved only to find out I was right about his camera above his head is a fake!! You will have no proof that this man has robbed you of your own personal valued stuff and robbed you of your money if you are willing to pay for him to rob you twice Like he did me! The watch means a lot and for someone to do this to anyone and be able to get away with it, this place needs to truly be put out of business!! Now I see why no one goes to this place it's all a scam! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After removing four links he wanted to know if I was paying cash or credit. Then he told me the price - $40 bucks - $10 bucks a link!!! After asking for his manager and threatening to mall management, and one minute him saying he is the manager and the next saying he's not -- he agreed to taking $12 cash. He charged no tax, wrote no receipt and I'm sure the money went right into his pocket. One look at him and he did not exactly instill confidence in his abilities, manner or level of honesty. I should have walked away to begin with. Don't get any work done without a price quote first.

The shop owner has a gentle disposition and the store has a simple layout. I thought I found a new go to jewelry but I was wrong. The work I had done was sloppy and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I asked to have a link repaired on a necklace and they soldered it and created an unsightly, grey clump of silver that ruined the chain and made it unwearable. I also asked for an estimate on having a ring sized. The ring was sent out and it took weeks to get the estimate and I was charged $27.50 for shipping. This cost was not discussed with me prior. I left with a damaged chain and the feeling of being ripped off an

Took it back and after 6 months, I had heard nothing. I finally called because I was afraid they lost it. Turns out they decided they couldn't fix it BUT NEVER TOLD ME. I had to call to get it back. I gave them a small plastic bag of loose parts that I asked them to assess if they were gold. They said they didn't have it FOUR times over several months of me asking. I knew I left it with them but decided not to argue about it because they still had the pocket watches. I also asked them to put me on the list to have a grandmother clock repairs by a guy who did house calls. I asked several time over a YEAR if the guy was coming. After TWO years, have never received a call. Gave up and learned how to fix it myself. After 1.5 years, they call me to pick up the loose parts as if I abandoned them; they ones they said THEY NEVER HAD! I go to pick them up and I'm mad. The sales guy, let's call him Dennis, came over with the parts and started a drippy apology. I didn't want to hear it and said just giver me the bag. He says "relax". For the women reading this, when a man says to "relax", they are being condescending and disrespectful. I told him that in a loud voice. So as I'm leaving he says RELAX again and said you lost my stuff for 1.5 years and held my watch without telling me it couldn't be fixed. If he was a good salesperson, he would have known that I was mad when I brushed off his apology and just given me my stuff and let it go. But no, he decided to act like a petulant 5-year old and try to put me down. He KNEW he was in the wrong but couldn't accept it. What a disappointment. I mentioned this whole thing to a friend who said this same shop lost her engagement ring when she brought it in for repair. THEY LOST HER ENGAGEMENT RING.
