At the very least, she should have acknowledged I was next but make up a reason why she had to ring up the other person first. To completely ignore a customer is unacceptable.

The staff was so helpful and gentle with her little feet and made her first dance shoe experience so fun! They had full inventory and all sizes so we could actually leave with style and size we wanted without waiting for the dreaded ordering. Anyone with a toddler knows that placing an order is not what they want when they walk into a store! I was also so happy when I got home and looked up the items we had bought online and saw that the prices were exact MSRP with no boutique mark ups. I mean literally no idea. "Do you see my order"? Yes, so has it shipped! I don't know. So I asked to cancel the order, forget it. Nope, they couldn't do that either because the order had been processed. So it's been processed, but you don't know the status? Yes. Ok. So a month later, a month later I finally get the shoes. But it was too late, I needed them for a performance two weeks prior. What a mess, so now I have to pay shipping to return them. I will never order from them again.
