The video doesn't do the place justice. You have to go and take it all in in person. It's a beautiful nursery. They have a good variety of succulents, California natives, annuals, perennials, and trees. A lot of which you do not see at a typical big box store. I saw several rare plants that I've never seen anywhere. That's a PLUS! The staff I came across were very friendly and helpful. More than one person approached me to see if I needed any help. Prices are reasonable. I was lucky to have gone during a 30% off 4 inch plants, so I definitely took advantage of the sale. They have a gift shop as well. Super cute place! If it's your first time, don't pull into the first parking lot marked, "overflow parking." Keep to your right and follow the path down to the main area. There is plenty of parking there. This nursery is definitely one you will want to visit, even if you're just browsing. I went to browse and did not leave empty-handed. I will definitely be back.

They have a good selection of pumpkins that are healthy and in great condition. They have all the colors, different shades of orange, yellow, green, and white. For the little ones they have a cute little haystack maze, and a few goats and mini pigs. It's not a petting zoo, thank goodness (I was just at an awful, sad one at the Shadelands Ranch pumpkin patch). The clean enclosure is a decent size and the animals are in good condition, and look happy and well-fed. A bonus is always Shelley the 60 year old tortoise, her clean and well-kept pond, and the very pretty koi fish who live there with her. I'd much rather come here for pumpkins than some of the "shady" patches in the area. I don't love the Alameda Point one, either.
