They charged 15.00 dollars, " formatting" for something I did myself on their printer, for 20 cents, that took me less than a minute. 15 dollars times 60 ? Hmmm.

I called and they processed multiple transactions so that I could use my gift cards as I wasn't able to input multiples online.
