Friendly people and really cheap prices. Really great store. A piece of luggage cost us $1.50 something.

They tried charging me $5 for one t shirt that said blood donor I wanted to buy for work since my clothes are dirty. I won't be returning.

This is a good thrift store for people needing dishes, glasses, coffee makers, stereos and electronics. Homewares. Not great for clothes, surprisingly... a lot of shoes. All the cookware was non stick (ick!). A big store and plenty to sort through. read more

I love to shop here for clothes and shoes. I always find something great. The reason for the one star rating is one of their workers is the most unpleasant person I've ever met and for some reason she rips me off every time I do a return. She doesn't give me my full return value and last time I bought something she removed a pair of pants that I paid for before she gave me my bag. I still shop here occasionally but when I walk in, I dread seeing this person and I try not to get her at check out. It makes my whole experience unpleasant. Get her out of the store and it's a way better place to shop. read more

An interesting thrift store, supports the mission program in the community, has a side parking lot and excepts donations regularly. This place is literally crammed full of stuff. Prices from cheap to moderate. Discounts always going on on various items. There is signage everywhere with pricing and then discount signs at the register - color dots, etc. Lots of household items, small appliances and small consumer electronics. TVs and lighting in the back right hand corner - scored a really cool vintage 70s lamp for 5$ - they have a working, tested and not working dot system on these items. Shoes everywhere, though most were worn or worse that I saw. A fair assortment of used clothing, children's women's and men's - I did not find anything though that I thought was a bargain or worth the asking price. Lots of books of a variety of subjects, with baskets and baskets full of books unsorted at 1$ a basket you sort yourself - the place literally has baskets on the floor everywhere filled with random books, around the counter, every aisle, pretty much everywhere you walk there is a basket full of random books. They also as a great community service, will send a truck with two men to your home and pick up all your remaining yard sale/garage sale left over items for donation if you call and schedule an appointment with them. They just ask all items are ready for resale, clean and usable - no trash or junk - a fair offer to haul everything left over off for you in my book. I have used this service before and it's a great one. The store is 3 1/2 stars - good not great. This place is a dump. It has a poor selection of wares that, while not unreasonably priced, are mostly junk. I did manage to find a decent belt - brand new in fact - but it was of such poor quality that it did not last even 6 months. That fact is not a reflection on the RMTS, but it does perhaps explain why the majority of items today that are on the shelves of thrift stores such as this are hardly worth purchasing. Planned obsolescence has reached such a state that thrift-stores are peddling junk beause that is what stores like Walmart etc are peddling. Pretty sure that the employees manage to get all of the best items for themselves, also. read more

So this was my second time visiting this thrift store,The first time that I went in was with my husband and we kind of went through the store fast just looking for one particular item which I don't remember now. The next time that I went in was by myself so I was able to walk around and look around at stuff and they have a lot of stuff lol, I bought a couple of shirts for my husband that were three dollars and they were nice shirts and I got a few knickknacks they have a lot of clothes and a lot of glass wear, I only gave three stars because when I was walking around over by the furniture there was a couple of workers there moving some things and they just walked right in front of me they didn't say excuse me or anything, I just thought it was kind of rude so I may or may not return to the store. read more

This is a really great thrift store with a good cause. The only issue I have is that the clothing is overpriced in many instances. They charge a flat rate according to what type of garment. So for example, each women's shirt is 5.99 regardless of style quality or value. Same thing with jackets, pants etc. 4,5, or 6.99 doesn't seem like a lot until you buy 3 shirt and a pair of pants and your total is $30. I'm not sure if they realize you can buy brand new shirts at Ross or Walmart for $6-7. All the clothes should be in the $2 range unless it's a special high value item. For this reason I rarely ever buy clothing here. Their other items like shoes, housewares, furniture and etc are all priced pretty well so I have never understood the clothing thing. read more

This is the place to find anything and everything at reasonable prices. Expect to find yourself in this thrift store for a while. Nothing out of the ordinary is not what you will find here. You can find glassware from $0.49 to a stack of books for a dollar on up 2 clothing furniture and nick knacks. All the Personnel here are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer then the store manager Allen will. Don't pass this thrift store by without stopping and checking out all they have to offer. read more

This is one of the largest thrift stores in Eureka, and they have a wide selection of men and women's clothes (and books, wow do they have books). The toy section was a little small, but kids and infants clothing was larger than I expected. Plus, on Saturday we got 30% off all clothing. The discount scheme was a little confusing, though and I couldn't find it posted anywhere, one of the salepeople happened to tell me. Also, it was hard to find the signs with infant and children clothing prices. There were definitely a colorful mixture of folks shopping there on a Saturday. Also, they had a ton of glassware and plates. I paid a little over $10 for a purse, two pairs of toddler shoes, three toddler long-sleeve shirts and a pair of shorts, a toy tractor and a toy wind-up TV type thing. I thought that was a pretty good deal! read more

Always worth a look. I've found some pretty great deals here in the clothing and electronics. Wish they had carts because I usually fill my hand held basket within 5 minutes of walking into the place. Friendly staff especially the guys bringing stuff up from the back. read more

I go in here all the time - great prices on books and movies, and good selection of clothes and odds-and-ends. They've got pretty much everything, and the staff (especially the older gentleman who seems to manage the place) is very friendly. Also very conveniently located on the bus route, only a few minutes' walk away from the movie theater. read more
